LCSW, 15 years of experience
New to Grow
I am a Black, queer, neurodivergent, nonbinary therapist who is kink, poly, and sex worker affirming. I practice integrative somatic parts work, weaving mind-body awareness with parts work to help clients reconnect with themselves in deep, transformative ways. My approach is responsive and engaging, inviting questions that highlight inner wisdom and honor the complexity of each person’s experience. Together, we create space for every part of you—your strength, scars, joy, and survival—to be seen, understood, and integrated.
In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know your story, goals, and what feels most important right now. I’ll share how I work, answer questions, and together we’ll begin shaping a path forward that feels supportive, collaborative, and responsive to your needs.
My greatest strengths are creating safety, listening deeply, and engaging with curiosity. I integrate somatic awareness and parts work to help clients uncover inner wisdom and make meaningful connections. My approach balances warmth and clarity, inviting transformation while honoring the complexity of each person’s lived experience.
My ideal clients are those seeking a collaborative, grounded space to explore topics like identity, trauma, relationships, or life transitions. I work well with people who value curiosity and depth, and who are ready to reconnect with themselves, integrate their experiences, and cultivate greater ease, growth, and authenticity.
