Although I'm comfortable with helping clients manage symptoms of anxiety and depression, I feel building an appropriate relationship with my client for open and honest conversation results in successful treatment outcomes. I want my clients to feel empowered and confident while developing relationships with themselves and others.

I’m a licensed clinician and social worker specializing in helping individuals navigate life transitions with clarity, confidence, and compassion. As a therapist I want to establish a therapeutic relationship allowing clients to feel comfortably supported while being transparent during the journey to healing an overall wellbeing. I’m known for blending structure with creativity—whether through detailed treatment planning, outcome tracking using tools like the PHQ-9 and GAD-7, or designing therapeutic activities that foster confidence, emotional regulation, and healthy boundaries.
