New clients continue care with this provider

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Master’s Level Certified Addiction Professional with a passion for supporting first responders, healthcare workers, and others in high-stress roles. I specialize in trauma, life transitions, crisis intervention, and anxiety, and I’m trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a powerful approach for healing without retraumatization. I was drawn to these specialties after witnessing the emotional toll carried by those who serve others—especially in communities where asking for help hasn’t always felt accessible or encouraged. Whether we’re processing a critical incident or everyday overwhelm, I offer a grounded, collaborative space where you can feel safe, supported, and empowered to grow.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session we’ll introduce ourselves, briefly. I’ll explain the therapeutic process, and clarify any questions or concerns you may have. I’ll work to understand the client’s presenting issues, goals, and expectations for therapy. We’ll complete an intake evaluation and take a collaborative approach in setting goals and determining the focus of treatment.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strengths as a provider are my calm presence, clinical intuition, and ability to build trust with clients who often struggle to open up. I meet people where they are—whether they’re in the middle of a crisis or just beginning to explore their healing. I bring a grounded, compassionate approach that’s especially helpful for those in high-pressure roles, like first responders and healthcare workers. My background in crisis intervention and trauma work allows me to stay steady in intense moments, and my training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) offers clients a powerful, focused path toward healing. Above all, I strive to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and real.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I’m best positioned to serve first responders, healthcare professionals, and individuals navigating high-stress, high-stakes environments. With a strong background in crisis intervention and experience as a co-responder within a police department’s behavioral health unit, I understand the unique challenges faced by those who serve others. I also work well with adults managing anxiety, trauma, and life transitions, particularly those who may feel overwhelmed but hesitate to ask for help. My style is collaborative, grounded, and solution-focused—I offer a safe, judgment-free space to process what you carry and build tools for lasting change.
