I am a licensed mental health counselor and master certified addiction professional in Florida, holding a master's degree from Springfield College. With 8 years of experience, I specialize in anxiety, life transitions, and substance use disorders. My approach is rooted in the belief that individuals possess the tools within themselves to lead healthier lives. Through therapy, I empower clients to tap into their inherent strengths and overcome challenges.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session we’ll introduce ourselves, briefly. I’ll explain the therapeutic process, and clarify any questions or concerns the client may have. I’ll work to understand the client’s presenting issues, goals, and expectations for therapy. We’ll take a collaborative approach in setting goals and determining the focus of treatment.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a provider, I feel my greatest strengths are my empathetic and authentic nature. I like to have real conversations with people where we normalize emotions and learn to how the client can function best.
