First session
In our first session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy. We will review past and present symptoms and behaviors, and set goals we will work on together.

Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
CBT is the main framework from which I work with many of my clients. I use it to support a way of thinking, and allowing an individual to change their ways of thinking, improving future responses and interactions.
Solution-Focused Brief Treatment
I enjoy asking the "miracle question." This allows us to explore how things could be different if a "miracle" happened, allowing an individual to see a brighter time within their life. We then can discuss how we move forward toward the "miracle."
