Hi, I'm Angie. Sometimes life is hard, and it seems like no one gets it. Maybe you feel like you are giving your all in one area and have nothing left at the end of the day. Maybe you feel disconnected or overwhelmed at work or school, at home, or just in general. No matter the struggle, I'm here to help. We will use a holistic approach to address your needs and reach your personal goals. Employing a variety of techniques and approaches, we can work together to help you not only feel but also function better.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, I will get to know you using your intake form and any other questions I may have. We will work to identify therapeutic goals and dive into working toward those goals.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I use cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, trauma-focused approaches, and dialectical behavioral therapy approaches, along with other tools to help clients understand their emotions, thoughts, and beliefs as we move toward more effective functioning.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am genuine and value honesty and realness over all. I tend to be straighforward and direct, which I find my clients appreciate.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I work with clients of various (13-65) but also specialize in working with adolescents. Speaking teenager is a unique skill I have honed over the years! Being married to a firefighter has also given me a desire to help first responders and their families navigate the unique challenges they face.
