I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful change. While I work as a full-time school counselor and part-time therapist, supporting others has always been at the center of my work. I have experience working with clients across the lifespan, from children to older adults, with a particular focus on adolescents and young adults. My approach is authentic, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that growth happens when we combine self-awareness with intentional action. I value healthy boundaries, prioritize self-care, and encourage clients to build sustainable habits that support their well-being.

I work best with adolescents and adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem, emotional regulation, and personal growth. While I have experience supporting clients from diverse backgrounds, I have worked extensively with adolescents and young adults in school and community settings. I believe therapy is most effective when clients are open to self-exploration and willing to actively engage in the process. Change can be challenging, and growth takes time, but therapy can be a rewarding space to build insight, develop coping skills, and work toward meaningful goals. My role is to provide support, guidance, and practical tools while collaborating with clients at a pace that feels comfortable for them.
