Hi! I utilize an eclectic therapeutic approach with a focus in developing therapeutic rapport and trust first. I have prior experience working with individuals with trauma, anxiety, depression, psychotic disorders and mood and personality disorders. Many of our symptoms and traits can teach us something if we lean into it, this can help us to determine the root of our pain. Healing is possible for for all of us in a society that will condition us to believe other wise.
Our first session will be a process of getting to know each other, respectful question asking and the start of a healing journey.
I focus on developing trust and a therapeutic relationship first and believe in the capacity for all humans to find a space to heal.
I work frequently with individuals who experience trauma, personality issues and psychosis. I also support many clients who are interested in addressing intergenerational trauma, maladaptive patterns and body-mind connection.

My name is Jessica and I look forward to supporting you on your journey to healing! I am an experienced member of the helping field with over 15 years invested and almost 6 years as a clinician and therapist. I have experience working with people from 13-90 years old on a variety of difficulties. I use an eclectic and holistic approach, aiming to meet people where they are in their journey. I believe that the foundation for healing includes a positive rapport and therapeutic relationship between the client and therapist. I love Jessica Russo, she has helped me in more ways that you know, mentally , physically. She offers to help with anything. I truly feel she is truly interested in what I have to say, and finding a game plan that will work. Even just little tips!
