(she/her)
Hi, I’m so glad you’re here. Life can be really hard sometimes. Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just not quite like yourself. Whatever brought you here, please know you’re not alone. My hope is to offer you a space that feels safe, supportive, and judgment-free—where you feel seen, heard, and truly understood. My approach is warm, relaxed, and collaborative. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy—together, we’ll explore what’s going on, discover your strengths, and find tools that genuinely work for you. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, or just want to feel more like yourself again, I’m here to help you reconnect and move forward with more clarity and confidence. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience, and it’s a privilege to walk alongside people as they heal, grow, and find their way back to themselves. You don’t have to do this alone. Let’s take the next step together.
In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and begin building a strong, collaborative relationship. I’ll explain what you can expect from me as your therapist, and I’ll invite you to share what brought you to therapy, along with your main concerns. Together, we may begin identifying key issues and setting initial goals. Most importantly, this first session is about creating a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable moving forward.
I use a mix of therapeutic approaches to support your growth and healing, depending on what works best for you. That might include tools from trauma-informed care, CBT, and transpersonal therapy. My goal is to offer practical support while also honoring your unique story and lived experience. I bring a calm, compassionate, and open-minded presence to our work together. I’ll meet you where you are, at your own pace, and create a space where you feel safe, supported, and empowered. At the same time, I’ll gently encourage you to explore new ways of thinking, feeling, and living—so you can move through challenges, tap into your strengths, and create lasting change that feels true to you.
I work with women of all ages, however I specialize in supporting those between 20 and 35. Many of the women I work with feel stuck or overwhelmed in their current situations and are ready to make meaningful changes. They’re seeking practical tools and strategies to navigate the demands of their careers—managing bosses, colleagues, and professional growth—while also building new friendships and relationships, maintaining their health, honoring their values, and staying within a budget. Balancing all of these expectations can be exhausting, often leading to anxiety, stress, or depression. I help women find clarity, build resilience, and create a more fulfilling and manageable life.
I use CBT to help clients recognize harmful thoughts and behaviors that may be causing distress. Together, we explore healthier ways to think, feel, and respond to situations. These new skills are practiced during sessions or as homework to help make them more automatic over time.
I use transpersonal therapy to help you see yourself as more than just your struggles or symptoms. Together, we’ll look at the whole you—your body, emotions, relationships, creativity, and how you make sense of the world. We might explore practices like meditation, breath work, guided imagery, or creative expression to help you reconnect with your inner self, your values, and what gives your life meaning.
I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approach, I help clients understand that negative thoughts and feelings are a normal part of life. Instead of avoiding or fighting these experiences, I support them in becoming more present and accepting of what they feel. We work together to identify their core values and take meaningful actions that align with those values. My role is to guide clients in facing difficult situations and emotions with acceptance, rather than trying to control or suppress them.
I use a family systems approach to explore how family dynamics, influence a persons current behaviors and experiences. We examine reoccurring patterns of interaction, communication styles and roles in the family.
