Hello! Have you been struggling and not sure if anything can help? I am here to tell you that you do NOT have to continue to struggle alone! I am here to help you meet your goals for your mental health. I am dual board certified in family practice and psych and mental health as a nurse practitioner. I have been a nurse since 2003, an FNP since 2017, and a psych-certified NP since 2022. I believe in us working as a team to help you get through this difficult journey. I can relate to you on a personal level as I too have struggled with depression and anxiety. Together we can help improve your life and mental health. I am LBGTQ+ friendly. I have a lot of experience with treating clients with PTSD (Veterans and non-Veterans), depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and eating disorders. If you have failed multiple medications, some things can help guide us in choosing the correct medication based on your genetic makeup! I can see ages 4 and up. I am also certified with Neurostar TMS to provide non-invasive treatment options for depression, anxious depression, and OCD. Tackling mental health can be frightening, but together we can overcome these struggles as a team!
In the first session you can expect to be heard! You will be able to confide in me and know that you are not going to be judged or belittled.
I am a good listener and feel that everyone's journey is different, but no one's journey should be minimized. Everyone deserves a voice and to be heard! I love helping Veterans and others that struggle with PTSD. I am well versed in any diagnosis in the mental health realm. I can see ages 4 and up.
I really enjoy any age, but especially the children and adolescents. They are challenging and face a lot of issues in school. I have been teased and had difficulty with relationships in high school. It is important to be heard and have your feeling validated. Your feelings and and perspective are important!
