I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing a supportive, compassionate space for adults and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I help clients better understand themselves, develop emotional resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and aligned with the life you want to live through non-judgmental exploration and change of patterns that no longer serve you.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other in a calm, non-judgmental space. We’ll discuss what’s bringing you to therapy, your goals, and what you hope to gain from the process. I’ll also answer questions, explain how therapy works, and collaborate with you on next steps so you leave feeling supported and clear.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I bring a thoughtful, structured, and compassionate approach to therapy. I balance emotional validation with practical tools, helping clients gain insight while also making real changes in their daily lives. My strength lies in creating a safe space where clients feel understood, challenged when needed, and supported as they build emotional regulation, self-trust, and resilience.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

You may feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or disconnected from yourself or others. You might be high-functioning on the outside while feeling anxious, exhausted, or uncertain on the inside. You’re reflective, motivated for growth, and ready to do deeper work toward healing, clarity, and healthier relationships.

My treatment methods

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as a core treatment approach in my practice to help clients develop practical skills for managing emotions, tolerating distress, and improving relationships. My work with DBT emphasizes the balance between acceptance and change, supporting clients in feeling understood while also working toward meaningful behavioral shifts. I regularly teach and apply the four core DBT skill areas: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. I help clients build awareness of their internal experiences, reduce emotional reactivity, cope with crises more effectively, and communicate their needs in a clear and assertive way. DBT skills are practiced in session and reinforced through real-life application to support long-term change and increased emotional stability.

EMDR

I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as a structured, evidence-based treatment to help clients process distressing and traumatic experiences. My work with EMDR focuses on reducing emotional intensity, negative beliefs, and physiological distress associated with unresolved memories. I guide clients through the EMDR phases, using bilateral stimulation to support adaptive information processing. Through this process, clients are able to reprocess past experiences in a way that feels more integrated and less activating, leading to increased emotional regulation, clarity, and relief from trauma-related symptoms. EMDR is used thoughtfully and at a pace that supports safety, stabilization, and long-term healing.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) as a therapeutic approach to help clients understand and relate to their internal experiences with greater clarity and compassion. My work with IFS focuses on identifying and working with different “parts” that influence emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, while strengthening access to the core Self. I support clients in developing curiosity and non-judgment toward their parts, helping them understand the protective roles these parts play. Through this process, clients are able to reduce internal conflict, increase emotional regulation, and foster greater self-leadership, leading to more balance, insight, and internal harmony.
