Do you feel unheard or unhappy? Feel as if you're stuck? Whether you're struggling with your own self-doubt, managing your own cultural or familial expectations, struggling to have meaningful or healthy relationships with yourself and/or others, burdened with the effects of past trauma, let me join you on your journey of growth and healing with acceptance, grace, and empathy. Are you ready to take a step to become the person you've maybe longed to be? Ready to accept yourself and unlock your true potential? Ready to live life fully and embark on a journey of self-growth and acceptance where you can smile and be proud of who you are becoming? If you're ready to take that step and set up a first appointment, it would be an honor to join you on that journey.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

One size does not fit all, which is why I tailor the treatment plan to fit each client's unique strengths and challenges. Using different approaches from CBT, narrative, acceptance, and other theories, to help build an approach that feels comfortable for each individual.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have worked with individuals struggling with anxiety, mild depression, ethnicity and race, body image, LQTBQ+ individuals, and those experiencing transitions in life such as breakups, new life adjustments, and grief. Hispanic/Latin clients often seek me out because of my ability to relate and understand their cultural and familial experiences. Other clients appreciate that I can incorporate the Spanish language as it brings a deeper level of understanding.
