Do you feel stressed, overwhelmed and second guess yourself often? Are you tired of people pleasing, overanalyzing social interactions and spending a lot of time in your head? Hey friend, I'm so glad you're here. My name is Devoney. I specialize in supporting 20 & 30-somethings with learning to manage their anxiety, heal people pleasing patterns & feel more confident. Whether your hopes are to feel less anxious, start being more you, start enjoying your life more, or navigate a big life change, I’d love to support you. My approach is very warm, positive & focused on taking practical, small steps one day at a time to help you create your healthiest, best life!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session, we will get to know each other, make sure we feel like a good fit for what you're hoping to get out of therapy, and start creating goals for our work together. My approach is very present & future focused. You'll walk away with tangible, practical tools.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I really pride myself on holding a safe space for my clients. I have a casual, uplifting, friendly approach to therapy. I really value helping my clients feel safe, seen, and heard. Our sessions are an absolute no judgment zone. We can bring your faith/spirituality into our work together if that's something you're interested in as well! This space is for you. When I'm not in session you can find me teaching yoga, hiking, at a farmer's market, at my favorite coffee shop or planning my next adventure.
