First session
I approach the first session as a conversation. We will go explore your history and background and create treatment goals. My goal is to get to know you and figure out how I can best support you in meeting your treatment goals.

Ideal clients
I love working with millennial moms and moms who are experiencing motherhood for the very first time! I am a trained perinatal mental health provider. I am also trained in parent child interaction therapy. My ideal client is motivated and ready to explore past traumas and relational dynamics. My approach is person centered and relationship based. This is not only a safe space it is also a brave space.
