Hello and thank you for visiting my profile. Life can be very overwhelming at times and it can feel like there's no light at the end of the tunnel, but you've taken the first step to feeling better. With over ten years of experience, I have provided treatment services for Delaware's child welfare system, early intervention, and behavioral health services in the school setting, as well as outpatient mental health therapy. I am also trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT) and Perinatal Mood Disorders.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Here, you can expect to step into a space where you can truly be yourself. This is a place where you can express your thoughts, explore your emotions, and heal without judgment or pressure.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I provide a safe and nurturing environment where you can share your story, gain clarity, and discover the strength within yourself. I help Women transform narratives each day with the belief that 'Where you've been and what you're currently going through does not determine your future! I am on a mission to empower women to see beyond the surface and nurture their internal happiness.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I have an extensive history of helping women work through trauma-related issues, depression, anxiety, conflict, relationship issues, self-esteem, adjustment, and much more! My goal and passion are to assist women in overcoming challenges, discovering their strengths, increasing their ability to cope with life stressors, and ultimately feel better.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

As a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH), I bring over 10 years of clinical experience supporting individuals and families through depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relational challenges. My therapeutic approach is compassionate, goal-oriented, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I use CBT to help clients understand how their thoughts influence emotions and behaviors. Together, we work to identify unhelpful thinking patterns, reframe negative beliefs, and build healthier coping strategies. This approach empowers clients to take an active role in their healing and promotes lasting emotional and behavioral change.
