(she/her)
Welcome. Wherever you are on your life journey, I am glad you are here! Healing is not about becoming someone new — it is about remembering who you are beneath the conditioning, survival patterns, and expectations that have pulled you away from living in alignment with your authentic self. You do not need to be fixed. You do deserve a space where all parts of you are welcome — a place where healing is not about perfection, but about living more fully, honestly, and in connection with your soul purpose.
The intake appointment is an opportunity for us to decide if the connection and therapeutic relationship will be supportive and conducive for change! We will review intake questions together and begin to explore your goals for treatment.
What sets my therapeutic approach apart is the way I bridge traditional talk-therapy with holistic, embodied, and spiritually informed healing practices. With over a decade of experience supporting individuals navigating mood disorders, addiction, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions, I offer an integrative approach that honors the deep connection between mind, body, and spirit. My background as a holistic psychotherapist, reiki master practitioner, psychedelic integration specialist, and plant-infused yoga teacher (CYT-200) allows me to support clients in exploring healing from multiple dimensions — emotional, relational, somatic, energetic, and existential. I believe meaningful transformation happens not only through insight, but through reconnecting with the body, cultivating nervous system safety, deepening self-awareness, and learning to live in alignment with one’s values, intuition, and authentic truth.
My work as a holistic psychotherapist is especially resonant for clients who are seekers, creatives, sensitives, and spiritually curious individuals drawn toward depth, authenticity, and meaningful transformation. Together, we will explore unconscious patterns, emotional wounds, and protective strategies that may be impacting your mental wellness. Mood Disorders, Addiction, Life Transitions and Adjustment Disorders. ALL clients all honored and respected - no shame or judgement in this space.

I feel that she actually cared, and wasn't just speaking. I have been very overwhelmed lately, and felt much better after speaking to her.

I’ve had a really meaningful experience working with Kelly. She brings a deeply understanding and compassionate presence to every session, creating a space where I feel genuinely heard and supported. What stands out most is her holistic approach. She doesn’t just focus on one aspect of well-being, but considers the full picture, including emotional, mental, and even lifestyle factors.
