I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 12 years of experience working with individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges. As a certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) therapist, I use evidence-based techniques to help clients reframe negative thought patterns and build healthier, more effective coping strategies. My areas of expertise include the treatment of anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), phobias, and panic attacks.
In our first session, my goal is to get to know you and understand what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your current concerns, personal history, and what you hope to achieve through counseling. This is also a chance for you to ask questions and get a feel for how I work. Together, we'll begin to outline goals and determine the best approach for moving forward. The session is collaborative and focused on creating a safe, supportive space for you to begin your journey
