I am a certified ART - Accelerated Resolution Therapy therapist.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we will both share a little about ourselves to ensure we are a good fit. I will complete a few assessments to best understand your current struggles and goals. We will work together to create an individualized treatment plan to guide our future work together.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I build relationships with clients, practice from a strength-based perspective, infuse humor appropriately and allow clients to make the best decisions for themselves.
