(she/her)
Over the past 10 years I have been working with diverse age groups and have really concentrated and focused in working with adult women over the past 3 years. I work with adult women navigating life transitions and complex family dynamics. Whether you’re adjusting to a new role, setting boundaries, or working through relationship challenges, I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space to explore what you’re going through. Together, we focus on building clarity, strengthening your sense of self, and helping you move forward with confidence and intention.
During our first session I will facilitate an introduction and rapport building, explain confidentiality rules and establish boundaries, gather background information about your concerns and history, develop goals, and discuss next steps for treatment.
My greatest strengths lie in creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly seen and understood. I bring a thoughtful, insight-oriented approach that helps women connect the dots between past family dynamics and present challenges, while also offering practical tools they can use in everyday life. I help clients not only gain clarity and self-awareness, but also build healthier boundaries, improve communication, and feel more confident navigating life transitions. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique experiences and goals.
I am best positioned to serve adult women navigating life transitions and complex family dynamics. This includes women experiencing changes such as career shifts, motherhood, divorce, loss, caregiving roles, or redefining their identity in different stages of life. My clients are often managing the emotional weight of evolving family roles—such as setting boundaries, improving communication, healing from past family patterns, or balancing personal needs with responsibilities to others. They may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain, yet have a desire to better understand themselves and create healthier, more fulfilling relationships. I work best with women who are open to reflection and growth, even if they feel unsure where to start. Together, we focus on building clarity, strengthening emotional resilience, developing boundaries, and fostering a stronger sense of self. The goal is to help clients feel more grounded, empowered, and aligned as they move through life’s transitions.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
My therapeutic approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), centered around the idea that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected, and Person-Centered Therapy rooted in humanistic psychology, which emphasizes creating a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.
