Natacha Richard
I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who provides compassionate, individualized care for adults navigating anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. I believe there are no one-size-fits-all solutions in mental health. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I meet clients where they are and work alongside them to build clarity, emotional stability, and confidence. Whether we’re addressing symptoms, exploring patterns, or developing long-term strategies, my goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and empowered in your healing process.
Whether we’re addressing symptoms, exploring patterns, or developing long-term strategies, my goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and empowered in your healing process.
First session
During your first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you, your current concerns, and what you’re hoping to change or understand about your mental health. I’ll ask structured questions about your symptoms, experiences, and personal goals to get a clear picture of how you’re doing. You can expect a supportive, non-judgmental space where you don’t have to have everything figured out. We’ll go at your pace. Together, we’ll begin creating a personalized care plan that may include medication management, supportive therapy, or both. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, understood, and supported, with a clearer sense of direction and next steps.
Strengths
What sets me apart is my ability to create a space where clients feel genuinely heard, respected, and safe to be themselves. My path into mental health wasn’t a straight line, but it taught me the importance of adaptability, empathy, and meeting people where they are without judgment. I bring both clinical structure and emotional understanding into my work. I help clients gain clarity around their symptoms, develop insight into their patterns, and feel more confident managing their mental health. My greatest strength is walking alongside clients through their hardest moments and helping them move toward stability, self-awareness, and emotional growth.
Ideal clients
I am best positioned to support adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, stress, or emotional overwhelm and are looking for a compassionate, collaborative approach to care. I work well with individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to start but are open to exploring their emotions and patterns in a supportive space. I often connect with clients who value being heard without judgment and want a provider who will walk alongside them with patience, clarity, and respect. Just like holding a lantern for someone finding their way through the woods, my role is to offer guidance, support, and steady care while helping clients find their own path toward emotional stability and growth.
