I'm a retired public school counselor and while my time in the school system is done my passion for supporting individuals and families isn't. I have been a licensed therapist since 2018. My specialty has evolved into effective communication. I have been trained in Mindfulness meditation, Trauma informed Care snd Mental health first aid.
