New to Grow
I’m a therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, authenticity, and practical support. Whether you are navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, or life transitions, I work collaboratively with you to build insight, confidence, and lasting change at a pace that feels empowering to you. My role is to provide both support and guidance while working alongside you as an active partner in your growth. My approach is flexible and tailored, allowing us to adjust goals and strategies as needs evolve. The overall focus is on helping clients build confidence, resilience, and sustainable tools they can use beyond therapy.
The first session is focused on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about what’s been going on recently, your main concerns, and what you hope to get out of our work together. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—you set the pace, and we go at a level that feels comfortable for you.
I value open communication, collaboration, and transparency throughout the therapeutic process. I will meet you with empathy while also providing practical feedback, encouragement, and tools to help you move toward your goals. My approach is warm, direct, and compassionate. I believe therapy should balance empathy with practical feedback, helping clients feel both supported and challenged toward meaningful growth.
I enjoy working with teens and young adults who are navigating life transitions, stress, anxiety, self-esteem challenges, and the impact of past experiences or trauma. I especially value working with clients who are motivated to explore themselves more deeply, increase self-awareness, and better understand the patterns influencing their emotions, relationships, and daily lives. I am passionate about helping clients navigate periods of uncertainty, build stronger relationships with themselves and others, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Other specialties
I identify as
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. In sessions, we work together to identify unhelpful thought patterns, explore how those thoughts impact emotional well-being and daily functioning, and develop healthier, more balanced ways of thinking and responding.
Gestalt
My approach is collaborative and client-centered, helping individuals develop healthier ways of communicating, improve emotional regulation, strengthen personal boundaries, and increase confidence in navigating life’s challenges. Gestalt therapy can help clients feel more grounded, authentic, and empowered in their daily lives and relationships.
Attachment-based
My approach is collaborative and tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. I help clients recognize patterns that may no longer serve them, develop healthier boundaries, improve communication, and foster more secure and fulfilling relationships. Attachment-based therapy can support healing from relational wounds while promoting resilience, self-compassion, and emotional growth.
Trauma Informed Care
I incorporate grounding techniques, mindfulness, boundary-setting, and other evidence-based interventions to help clients develop a greater sense of stability and control. I also focus on helping clients recognize their strengths, reduce shame and self-blame, and build healthier patterns of connection with themselves and others.
