Not to judge, to understand and accept the conflicts that have led the patient to his current state and to try to engage them in a compromiso this is a type of psychotherapy that helps people adapt to challenges by increasing psychological flexibility. It's based on the idea that pain, grief, and other difficult emotions are inevitable parts of life, and that people should learn to accept them instead of trying to avoid them. We uses mindfulness and acceptance strategies to help people stay focused on the present moment and accept their thoughts and feelings without judgment. It also helps people develop coping mechanisms to handle challenging experiences and change their behavior to be more consistent with their values.
