I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner located in Rosenberg, TX. I specialize in working with those who suffer from mood disorders like depression, anxiety, or bipolar disorder. These individuals struggle to manage their symptoms and find themselves feeling embedded. I also work with those who have schizophrenia, PTSD, or substance abuse challenges. These mental health conditions negatively impact relationships with family members and loved ones, and they also impact the individual's ability to succeed in their careers or at school.
First session
My first day of meeting the client, I like to introduce myself, my specialty and my treatment modalities. I would also like to do a thorough assessment on the p client to be able to properly diagnose and followed with treatment

I have a Doctor of Nursing Practice with Years experience in nursing practice. My goal is to work collaboratively with the client and their family to reduce mental health symptoms so that their mental health conditions no longer get in the way of their life goals. I help clients to achieve better functioning and improved wellbeing.

I am very passioned about Adult and Adolescent, I am well experienced in treating these clients due to my years of experience in treating adult and adolescent clients. Their recovery and returning back to their various jobs after treatment gives me joy.

Psychoeducation
My approach involves educating individuals on mental health conditions, coping strategies and therapeutic process Providing tailored information on treatment options. Teaching skills include stress management, problem solving, and emotional regulation.
