Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT to help my clients develop coping skills to challenge negative thought patterns and to develop less unhelpful behaviors as they work to manage their anxiety. We will then use that knowledge to practice new skills, goal setting, problem solving, and self-monitoring leading to a less stressful and less anxious life.
