I also have experience in working with client who are experiencing life changes. I am passionate about my work and look to empower my clients with knowledge and skills they can used beyond therapy.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session, my goal will be to get to know you. What brings you to therapy and what your goals are. I will provide you with an introduction and information on how therapy works and answer any questions you may have.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am highly empathetic to what your situation may be. I am focused on providing a safe environment to help you feel at ease. I am flexible and can take a direct approach to help you identify triggers, and explore the problems being presented.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
