New to Grow
I am a queer, neurodivergent, biracial, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist committed to providing therapy that is inclusive, identity-affirming, and grounded in social justice. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming, fat positive (Health at Every Size), trauma-informed, anti-racist, and pro-disability. I specialize in neurodiversity-affirming therapy for autistic and ADHD clients, as well as anyone who identifies as neurodivergent or experiences the world differently. I use a systems approach and draw from Narrative Therapy and Queer Theory. I believe problems occur in context and are shaped by the systems we move through—not because something is “wrong” within us. I work with individuals, families, and relationship systems (including couples and non-traditional partnerships). My goal is to create a safe collaborative space where you can explore your story, understand its roots, and reauthor it in a way that aligns with your values and lived experience. Coming to therapy is a brave choice that takes vulnerability, courage, and energy. I strive to bring empathy, compassion, and openness to every session. I value a collaborative approach where clients can guide treatment in the direction that feels most meaningful to them. Growth and change can be challenging, and my hope is that by offering a supportive and non-judgmental space, I can help clients navigate their challenges and move toward their goals. Everyone’s story is unique, and I am here to honor yours. I believe that we all deserve a safe space to grow, heal, and be truly seen. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my partner and two dogs.
In our first session, we will spend time getting to know each other and exploring what brings you to therapy. We will talk about what has been feeling challenging lately, what support you are looking for, and any questions you may have about the therapy process.
One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to build genuine and authentic connections with clients. I value bringing my full sense of self into the therapy space, including warmth, honesty, curiosity, and humor when appropriate.
I often work with adults navigating anxiety, identity exploration, relationship challenges, trauma, and neurodivergent experiences. Many of the clients I work with are seeking deeper self-understanding, emotional support, and more meaningful relationships. I tend to connect well with clients who value curiosity, insight, authenticity, and who are looking for a supportive space to explore their experiences, emotions, relationships, and personal growth without judgment.
