New to Grow
I have been providing mental health services for over fourty years in the public and private sectors. I bring a profound depth of experience and a steady, compassionate presence to the therapeutic process. I have a steadfast commitment to supporting individuals, couples, and families through life‘s most demanding transitions - with a specialty in helping Veterans and their loved ones navigate the complexities of post service life. I specialize in the intricate landscapes of stress management, PTSD, grief, and the profound search for self identity. I provide a safe non-judgemental space for clients to heal and evolve.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other, and begin building a comfortable, working therapeutic relationship. We’ll talk about what brought you here, explore the challenges you’re facing, and clarify the goals you’d like to work towards. Together we will outline a direction that feels meaningful, manageable, and aligned with your needs.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
Clients appreciate my ability to listen deeply, offer practical guidance, and create a working relationship that feels both efficient and personalized for you.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I work with individuals, couples, Veterans, and the loved ones who support them. Many of the people who come to see me, are hoping to strengthen their relationships, understand themselves more deeply, and move towards greater emotional wellness.
Eclectic
Healing is rarely a straight line, and it seldom fits into a single theory or method. Because every person‘s path is unique I use an eclectic approach that draws from multiple therapeutic traditions. This allows me to tailor our work to your needs, your pace and your goals.
