Our first session is 50 minutes, and Follow-Up Sessions can vary from 30 to 45 minutes. The frequency of the sessions will be discussed during the first session. Since you are the expert in your life, this is the time when I learn a bit more about how you have been experiencing life and how you have been showing up in life.
