Clients get a piece of mind when they feel heard. In our first session, we will start with brief introductions, the dive into specific challenges you’re facing. This will help to create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow up sessions.

My greatest strength as a provider is my natural sense of compassion and empathy, coupled with skillfulness of explaining and applying the therapeutic process has been said to be a welcoming space for people of all walks of life to feel motivated and comfortable with the care, and to see measurable results.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with young adults seeking guidance through the ever shifting global world, new moms and dads, individuals experiencing transitions and life changes; or feeling powerless and looking to feel a new found sense of purpose or control In their life. I enjoy working with middle age and older adults experiencing grieve and loss and working through the ever changing social dynamics to provide support and encouragement and achieve the goals they set out to accomplish. I also want to meet people where they are and for cash pay will work on a sliding scale and adjust rate on the basis of need.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Experienced in using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to treat a range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, anger management, stress management, and more. Focused on identifying and challenging unhelpful thought patterns, building coping skills, and promoting behavior change. Tailors interventions to individual needs, helping clients achieve lasting improvements in mood and functioning. Assists in identifying goals with associated action steps to help individual to overcome common thought traps and patterns of behavior that stem commonly held beliefs about themselves in relation to the world in a way that impacts self-esteem, relationships, school, work and in general interfere with overall life satisfaction.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I use mindfulness to support present-moment awareness, emotional regulation, and acceptance. Techniques like breathing, grounding, and body scans are tailored to each client. This approach fosters curiosity, resilience, and insight, complementing CBT, ACT, and more. Clients learn to navigate distress and live more intentionally in line with their values.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) helps clients manage conditions like anxiety, depression, and chronic pain by fostering psychological flexibility. Through values-based action, mindfulness, and acceptance strategies, ACT supports clients in reducing avoidance, increasing emotional resilience, and living meaningfully—effectively adapted for virtual sessions with strong therapeutic outcomes.
