In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions and then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. I will also ask questions about your past and family history. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I find that a little bit of patience, compassion, and understanding goes a long way. However, I am also a great listener and communicator, so I can often aid clients in expressing themselves, offering them the words, tools, and ways to say how they feel. Another strength is that I hold each client in unconditional regard and am respectful of each client's perspective.
