We will work together in a safe, compassionate space using evidenced-based techniques so you can feel like your best self. Looking forward to working together!
In our first session together, we will begin with brief intros, then start diving into specific challenges you are facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow up sessions.
My strength is understanding how trauma and anxiety can impact the body and working with the body through specific techniques such as EMDR and mindfulness to reduce trauma and anxiety symptoms.
Adults dealing with trauma, fear, anxiety, phobias, low self esteem
I've been using EMDR for the past 10 years in my practice. EMDR can be a helpful tool to treat fears, phobias, past traumas.
Compassion focused therapy can be useful tool, especially if we are tough on ourselves and struggle with self esteem, depression, and anxiety.
Mind Body approaches are specifically helpful when we hold tension, trauma, and anxiety in our bodies. Mind Body approaches can aid in releasing traumas, anxieties, and tension, we hold in our bodies.
Cognitive behavioral therapies can aid us in becoming aware of our negative self talk and the way we approach the world. Cognitive behavioral therapies can help us in changing the way we approach ourselves, our lives, and others.
I incorporate mindfulness skills into many of my sessions. It helps clients become more self aware, learn to slow down, and take care of difficult emotions.
