Hello, I'm Natasha Louder a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina. I received my Master of Arts in Counseling from the University of North Carolina in Charlotte. I also have an Master of Business Administration in Human Resources along with multiple certifications in both areas. I have been in practice both in corporate America and counseling a combination of over 20 years.
Our first session will be centered around discussing what brought you to counseling and building a therapeutic relationship.
My greatest strength as a therapist is my ability to listen to both what I hear you say and what you may not be ready to say. I will challenge you to think differently, in some cases, but also work with you to help you meet your goals.
I love working with adult Black women and men dealing with anxiety, stress, trauma, racism, workplace/career issues, and relationships. I also work with this population in couples therapy. As a Black therapist, I want my clients to feel a connection in our therapeutic relationship due to some similar life experiences.

Very direct and honest with really looking at both sides and being very neutral, Natasha listened really well and gave a very partial view

Very understanding and non judgemental. Insightful. Seemed to be able to predict how certain situations made me feel. She was able to make me feel comfortable which gave me the ability to open up instead of being guarded in what I chose to communicate.
