Hello! I'm Tracy. It looks like you've taken the first step in helping yourself work through whatever you have been dealing with. Engaging in therapy can be daunting, but you've made yourself a priority and should be commended for it. I'm here to help you learn coping strategies and mindfulness to assist in managing anxiety, depression, work stressors, and relationship issues and to offer guidance so you can be your best self. I see things holistically and believe our mental, physical, and spiritual health can influence one another. We will spend the first session exploring what you are looking for in therapy and then work towards achieving your goals. We will utilize mindfulness training and coping exercises to enable you to continue to work outside of our sessions.
I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Depression and Anxiety, as well as Humanistic Therapy for a more holistic approach.
My specialties are mindfulness training and coping strategies relating to treating anxiety and depression. In addition, I have been working with persons who have had Traumatic Brain Injuries.
