I'm a caring professional and have been in healthcare for over 15 years. I work with individuals struggling with mental health challenges in their journey to achieve optimal living.

I provide in-office and virtual visits to clients in any part of Florida. We are in-network with insurances and accept cash-pay clients too.
First session
First visit will be an introduction and psychiatric evaluation with comprises the reason for your visit, how it all started, what has been done, any medications you have taken or are on, social and family history, mental status, and more. We will come up with an individualized treatment plan to work with you for better outcomes.
Strengths
Therapeutic listening, motivational interviewing, assessment, diagnostic abilities to come up with a progressive treatment plan.
Ideal clients
I work with individuals needing medication management and supportive therapy for anxiety, depression, ADHD, and more to manage their symptoms and cope with mental illness. I do not prescribe controlled medications.
Treatment methods
Person-centered (Rogerian)
The provider values the client and their uniqueness, compassionately listen to them, and collaborates with clients to map out their individualized treatment plan. This may include psychotherapy and prescribing and managing medications when needed
Supportive
Through supportive therapy, clients are provided a safe and nonjudgemental environment to talk about their problems and concerns, and mental illness. Clinician validates clients, provides emotional support and encouragement.
