Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I help clients build awareness of limiting thoughts and behaviors then teach coping skills and strategies to help them navigate through their challenges. I’ve been using CBT in my practice for the past ten years. It’s helped clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I have been using Mindfulness-based Therapy with my clients for over ten years. By teaching mindfulness practices I’ve been using CBT in my practice for the past ten years is has helped clients become aware of some of their challenges and limiting beliefs to help manage their anxiety navigate some of their challenges. We’ll use Mindfulness-Based Therapy to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns to help you reach your full potential.
