LCSW, 7 years of experience
Hi, I’m Chardé. I’m a Licensed Psychotherapist in Texas with 7 years of professional experience. Beyond my work, I’m also a proud mom to a beautiful daughter and a maltipoo who keeps life playful. I know what it’s like to juggle responsibilities, face transitions, and still want to show up as your best self. My passion is helping young girls and women work through relationship challenges, heal from trauma, and manage the stress and anxiety that life can bring. My style is warm, supportive, and down-to-earth—I want therapy to feel like a safe, encouraging space where you can breathe, feel understood, and start building the life you want.
In our first session, we’ll focus on your story. I’ll ask questions to understand your concerns, your goals, and what feels most important right now. You’ll have the chance to share openly, without judgment, and know you’re being heard. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space so you leave feeling lighter and more hopeful, with a plan for moving forward.
My greatest strengths lie in creating a safe, compassionate space where clients feel heard and supported. I specialize in helping young girls and women navigate relationship challenges, trauma, life transitions, and anxiety. I focus on practical strategies that help clients feel empowered and confident in their growth. To keep sessions focused on your healing and goals, I do not provide documentation for service animals, FMLA, disability, court cases, or similar requests. My work is centered on supporting your mental health journey and giving you the tools to thrive.
I love working with young girls and women who are navigating relationships, life transitions, trauma, and anxiousness. Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to set boundaries. They want to grow, but don’t always feel like they have the tools. Together, we work on building confidence, processing difficult experiences, and learning practical skills so that change feels possible. My clients are ready to invest in themselves and are eager for a safe space to explore their emotions and goals.
Examples of CBT techniques might include the following: Exposing yourself to situations that cause anxiety, like going into a crowded public space. Journaling about your thoughts throughout the day and recording your feelings about your thoughts.
TFCBT helps clients learn skills to cope with trauma, face and resolve trauma and related concerns, as well as effectively integrate their traumatic experiences and progress through life in a safe and positive manner. Clients are guided through three phases of the model to meet each of these goals.
The basic aim is to provide the client and families knowledge about various facets of the diagnosis and its treatment so that we can work together for a better overall outcome.
The strengths-based approach is predicated on the assumption that each individual has a unique set of goals and possesses internal strengths and external resources that can help them achieve these goals.
