In our first session, it is important for us to be mindful of the vibe and connection. Our conversation will be in-depth and informative in hopes to establish a starting point if we link. The goal is for you to find the support you need be that with me or someone else.
As a provider, I bring a unique background to my practice. I listen through empathetic ears and focus with well-traveled eyes. My eclectic therapeutic approach coupled with my life experiences help me proceed with a well-rounded view of the world around us.
I believe that providing therapy is a privilege and am thankful for every opportunity to show up for my clients. I am here for someone who has struggled/is struggling and is open to do the work it takes to make a change. We are all fellow travelers on this journey we call life and if I have a word to share that may help then I welcome you!
Eclectic
I come from a psychodynamic background where the link between the client and therapist is the most important component. I utilize a combination of CBT, DBT and Strength Based modalities and believe all are useful in hopes to bring about lasting change and positive progress. I believe that operating from a pre-prescribed playbook is generic and by utilizing an eclectic approach, the time is most fruitful and organic.
