In our first session, we’ll start with brief introductions and then dive into your specific challenges. This will help create a treatment plan tailored for you individually for us to work through during follow-up sessions. It is recommended to meet weekly initially during the first month or so to build skills necessary to thrive, then consider bi-weekly sessions for maintenance.
