I'm a people person. Simply put, I enjoy interfacing with others in a way that leaves them feeling better after they've left my presence. As an individual with strong interpersonal skills, I thrive in an environment where I can be of service to others. My experience as a licensed therapist has graced me with the opportunity to facilitate change in the lives of those seeking healing and change. I never want anyone to feel as though they have reached the end of the road and don’t know which way to turn. When all hope seems lost, my goal is to motivate my clients towards living as we work towards finding the light at the end of the tunnel.
For anyone seeking help with mood/anxiety disorders, interpersonal issues, loss of identity, depression, and eating disorders—look no further. If you need someone to walk alongside you to help facilitate change in your life because you want to start living again, then you’ve come to the right place. My desire is to instill within each of my clients the joy for living that was lost along the way and to move towards living a meaningful and productive life—one they will be proud to call their own.
The modalities I use to treat depression, anxiety, eating disorders, grief & loss, interpersonal matters and more consist of: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Effectiveness, Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy.
My strength rests in treating depression and suicide, anxiety, strengthening family dynamics, interpersonal/intrapersonal relationships, and eating disorders.
