I have over 30 years of experience in the mental health field. The clients I support develop coping strategies to decrease anxiety, improve organization, decrease depression and take greater ownership of their life and their goals. I provide a safe environment for my clients to assess what they want to accomplish and explore what ways would be most effective for them.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Clients need to be good consumers as not all social workers are created equal. In the first session, my hope is that the client is comfortable to begin to develop a relationship and feel safe.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am genuine, straight-forward and caring in my approach. I create an atmosphere where the client can feel safe to honestly assess their situation and the approach they are taking to see if it is the best for them.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

The clients I serve are young adults to adults, addressing issues that include anxiety, depression. I work with a variety of different people, including folks with autism, and those who have ADHD.
