Hi there, I'm Andrea.
Are you feeling overwhelmed with life? Does the never-ending ticker tape of to-do's running through your head leave you feeling physically exhausted and emotionally depleted? Do you feel pulled in a million directions, unable to fit it all in? Are you struggling to keep up with your relationships, work and health? Is it hard to be kind to yourself? Are you struggling as a parent, trying to get it all right but not sure what to do?
I help people just like you manage anxiety and avoid burnout. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit.
Whether you're dealing with overwhelm, relationship issues, parenting struggles, challenging symptoms of ADHD, or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hangups and habits holding you back. Let's work together!
I’m Dr. Katherine (Katie) Crawford, a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience in clinical practice, social work education, and trauma-informed program evaluation.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, and those times when you just feel stuck or find yourself repeating patterns you’re ready to understand and change.
My approach to therapy is warm, practical, and collaborative. I integrate CBT, attachment-based and relational therapy, and mindfulness, with a focus on helping you understand the connection between your experiences, relationships, thoughts, emotions, and the ways you respond to them. I’m also an EMDR-trained therapist and may incorporate EMDR when it fits your needs and goals.
I believe therapy should help you better understand yourself while also giving you practical ways to handle what life brings. We’ll focus on what matters most to you, build on the strengths you already have, and work toward changes that feel meaningful and lasting.

I’m a counseling psychologist with over 30 years of experience helping people navigate life’s transitions, challenges, and emotional struggles. I’ve been licensed in New Jersey since 2002 and Tennessee since 2006 and hold PSYPACT credentials, allowing me to provide telepsychology services across most U.S. states. My clinical background spans corrections, hospitals, forensic settings, and outpatient psychotherapy—giving me a broad and practical perspective on human resilience.
In our work together, you can expect a calm, compassionate space where you feel heard, respected, and gently challenged. I don’t offer quick fixes—but I do help clients build insight and lasting skills through collaborative, guided conversations.
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who provides individual therapy using an eclectic framework. I know that therapy can be intimidating, especially when first seeking services. This process places you front and center in your own journey to healing and I am privileged to be able to walk alongside you as you take that step. I use various tools to assist you in reaching goals and help identify what works for you.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience both as a therapist and as a Clinical Director working in residential rehab., inpatient hospital, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient agencies supporting adults as they navigate life’s challenges, heal from trauma and grief, and work toward greater emotional well-being. At the heart of my work is a deep belief that every person carries strengths, resilience, and the capacity for meaningful change—even during the most difficult seasons of life.
Dr. Kenya is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (TN) and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (KY). Dr. Kenya is committed to creating space that allows for people to show up unapologetically and with great authenticity. Dr. Kenya believes that healing is a journey, not a destination. Additionally, she believes that we as people should not live in isolation, but rather in collaboration with community to resolve internal and external system related problems. Dr. Kenya is a practitioner who understands the macro impact on micro experiences. She desires to create space for liberation and healing while uprooting the systemic practice of white supremacy.
I have approximately 30 years of experience in virtually all clinical settings. I began my career working in a juvenile penitentiary (referred to as a 'youth development center) and after almost 6 years, left that setting and moved on to new opportunities. Along the way, I worked with group homes, foster homes, substance abuse treatment programs, and even provided treatment in a sexual offender treatment program. In 2004 I went solely into private practice and currently operate two offices. I also provided on-site services to businesses that suffer a death or other disruptive event; I have provided over 170 of these services in four states during the last several years. While you don't need any faith to see me, I also offer Christian Counseling. Finally, I am a US Army veteran and understand the challenges and needs of veterans.
I operate under a practical approach that seeks to build on a person's strengths to achieve realistic, measurable goals. I utilize primarily cognitive behavioral therapy and reality therapy to help my clients achieve their goals and to live life more fully.

My life experiences are what led me to become a therapist and shaped my deep commitment to supporting others on their healing paths. Over the years, I’ve worked in a wide range of settings — schools, jails, hospitals, and private practice — which has given me a broad understanding of how people cope, survive, and grow in very different environments.
I have specialized training in TF‑CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, autism, and women’s mental health, including and perimenopausal/menopausal concerns. These areas of focus allow me to support women across the full spectrum of emotional, hormonal, and life transitions. I look forward to walking alongside you as we navigate this journey together. I focus on women only at this time.
Are you feeling stuck and unsure of how to get past symptoms of anxiety, depression or past trauma? It's common to experience mental health-related challenges in life and to get stuck at times. We're not born with a built-in understanding of how to be psychologically healthy, so sometimes it's a good idea to get a little guidance from an unbiased professional. My ideal client is motivated to understand themselves better and to make the necessary adjustments to improve their quality of life.
