Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here!
It’s really nice to meet you. I’m a licensed professional counselor, and I’ve spent years helping people work through tough emotions like trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I also have a special focus on supporting those who’ve faced emotional challenges because of their work or have been affected by toxic environments that impact both mental and physical health. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just need someone to talk to about what’s going on, I’m here for you. Whether it's letting go of past struggles, managing stress, or figuring out how to navigate a tough time, we can work together to make sense of it all.
My approach is interactive, collaboration and compassion. We’ll work at your pace to uncover patterns, explore new perspectives, and develop strategies that align with your values and vision for the future. Sometimes, life takes unexpected turns, and things don’t always go as planned. But no matter where you’re at or how things have unfolded, you don’t have to do this alone. I’m here to help you find a way through.
My approach is supportive, honest, and collaborative. I’ll meet you where you are while also helping you recognize patterns, behaviors, and thought processes that may be keeping you stuck. My goal is not only to listen, but to help you gain insight, build practical skills, and make meaningful progress.
My background includes working in high-stress settings and supporting people through complex challenges. Those experiences have shaped a practical, down-to-earth approach that focuses on strategies you can actually use in everyday life.
I believe you are the expert on your own life. You already have strengths and resilience within you, even if they’re difficult to see right now. My role is to help you recognize those strengths, build on them, and develop the tools and confidence to create lasting, meaningful change. Reaching out for help takes courage. It’s the first step toward creating a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and joyful. If you’re ready to start that journey, I’m here to support and empower you every step of the way.
It is very important to me to meet my patients where they are with a collaborative approach to assist in normalizing some of the issues they experience. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where patients can openly explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviors. I will assist you with management of symptoms including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and establishing a strong skill set to increase quality of life. My therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness techniques. I tailor my approach to each individual's unique needs, helping to gain insight, build coping skills and develop healthier patterns of thinking and behavior. My goal is to empower patients to take control of their mental health and lead more fulfilling lives. Whether you're struggling with a specific issue or seeking personal growth, I am here to support you on your journey towards healing and self-discovery.
Hi, I’m Jenny, a licensed professional counselor with 15 years of experience helping people ages 13 and up heal from trauma, anxiety and depression. I especially love working with Black women recovering from narcissistic abuse and trauma bonding, and I also work with women and men from all backgrounds who are making sense of relationships where they were made to doubt themselves.
My approach is warm, practical and real, and I bring cultural awareness to every session. I use CBT, EMDR, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Christian Counseling and Process Centered Counseling to help you understand your patterns, regulate your body’s stress response, set boundaries, and reconnect with your own voice. You’ll leave sessions with tools you can use that same night.
I’m licensed in PA and NJ and see clients virtually. I also share free education on YouTube at @JennyGaston.

I am here to help you face the difficult challenges that life is throwing at you and face them with confidence and better understanding of what you can do to live your life the way you want to.

My approach is compassionate and practical, focused on empowering you to build clarity, balance, and meaningful change in your life. Together, we’ll create tailored strategies to help you thrive and achieve your personal and professional goals.
Do you find yourself asking, “Why am I so overwhelmed all the time?” or "Why does it seem like everyone else is handling life better than I am?” If so, please know you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself.
I’m Beth, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania, and I believe therapy should be a place where you can finally exhale—a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment or needing to have the perfect words. Maybe you’re exhausted from trying to hold everything and everyone together, wondering why what seems so easy for everyone else feels like such a struggle for you, or questioning why you don’t feel like yourself anymore.
I’m a warm and empathetic person, and I believe compassion, authenticity, and trust are at the heart of meaningful therapeutic work. Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly 20 years as an educator in the School District of Philadelphia, an experience that shaped my passion for understanding and supporting people beyond what we see on the surface. As a wife and mother of two young adults, I understand that life can be complicated, messy, and exhausting! I believe therapy can be a place to do meaningful work while still making room for humor and a little lightness when appropriate. And I’m a firm believer that a little chocolate can’t hurt either. 🍫
Most importantly, I believe where you are today does not have to determine where you end up. Meaningful change is possible, and I’d be honored to help you find your way forward.

In our therapy room, you can expect transparency and for us to be on equal ground. You’re the expert of your life–I’m here to provide support and present new solutions for the obstacles you encounter. I love watching my clients become proud of who they’ve become through our work together.
You’ve got a lot going on. There are so many demands pulling you in every direction that it can feel impossible to find peace and show up as the best parent, partner, and employee you can be. And, while settling into the same routine has gotten you this far, it’s stopped being sustainable and has started to feel like a strain. If this sounds like you, I’m pleased to be a support for you and your family.
I’m Shiloh Johnson. My professional passion is aiding individuals, couples, and families address conflict, open lines of communication, and build better bonds. I had a spiritual calling towards counseling, and seeing my clients reach their goals and grow as people is exactly what God put on my heart to help fulfill. In our sessions, you can expect a blend of evidence-based practices and a warm, person-centered approach to help you find harmony in difficult circumstances.
I see a wide range of clients, with many types of presenting problems. I enjoy treating families, especially those with blended family issues, adults struggling with autism, mood disorders, or BPD, and those seeking general guidance. While I’m not currently a fit for those in active addiction or recovery, I am able to support loved ones in navigating this complex relationship. When not in session, I workout, play my guitar, and do home improvement projects.
Session for children and teenagers will be "in person" only.
I have openings for individual therapy clients only at this time.

I am a therapist who specializes in Addiction Recovery, Anxiety and Depressive Disorders. I prefer a Biopsychosocial approach to therapy. I recognize that past trauma, maladaptive thought patterns and environment contribute greatly to how we perceive others and how we "show up" in the world. My job is to challenge thought patterns and support growth while clients empower themselves to make change and develop strategies to improve circumstances.
I have been working with individuals struggling with post-traumatic stress disorder, substance use, sexual addiction, and mental health challenges for the past ten years. I have a real heart to walk alongside you to encourage, support, and empower you to move forward in your recovery needs. I graduated from Liberty University in 2014 with an MA in Professional Counseling and completed a Doctoral program specializing in treating trauma-related challenges. I approach recovery through the eyes of motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
Do you feel as though no one understands you? As if you have intense feelings that other's don't understand? As if you are stifled and emotionally dysregulated? My best gift is my ability to connect to and understand other's emotions. My client's feel heard and understood, which is the first step in creating change in their life.

All behavior is purposeful. This means that we never do anything for no reason. Even when our behavior appears confusing or counterproductive to our values, our behavior has meaning and purpose. Therapy is a setting where we can gain insight about the origins of our perceptions, thinking and behavior. With clearer understanding, we are better equipped to identify factors within our control and consider alternative responses to our conditions. We gain awareness of the needs that are being met by potentially self-defeating thinking or behaviors and have a special opportunity to practice new thinking in the safety of therapy.

I am committed to creating a safe space for you. Together we uncover your strengths to use in our work together as we decrease obstacles standing your way.

When I am not working, I enjoy knitting. Knitting, much like therapy, is a process of creating something meaningful stitch by stitch.
I have an LPC and an LMFT and have been seeing clients since 1996. I have extensive training in helping people who are going through or have experienced narcissistic abuse and any form of childhood trauma, this includes verbal and emotional abuse, family addictions, or any early childhood experience that would cause one to feel unsafe. I am also experienced in the treatment of anxiety, worry and mood concerns and work with addictions, obsessive compulsive behaviors and any poor coping skills or core beliefs that were developed in order to manage these stressors. I use practices primarily focused on somatic and cognitive therapy but also utilize acceptance commitment therapy, internal family systems, mindfulness and am solution focused. I use homework and assignments aimed at regulating the nervous system in order to repair the fight/flight/freeze response that is often stuck on due to a continuous history of a variety of life stressors (trauma). This trapped and stored trauma continues to trigger the nervous system to respond in ways where we continue to feel unsafe, even after the threats have passed. By working with the nervous system to release this trapped trauma and find safety, we can then have the opportunity to respond to the world differently.
