I'm Trish — a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience in trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, personality disorders, and the kind of stuck feeling that can seem impossible to explain to someone who hasn't lived it. My background is deep in complex, high-stakes mental health work, and I bring that clinical grounding into a private practice setting that feels nothing like a clinical office. I work with adults who are genuinely ready to understand themselves better and make real changes. If you're looking for someone who will listen carefully and also tell you the truth, you're in the right place. I also accept several major insurance plans, so therapy doesn't have to mean a full out-of-pocket commitment.
Hello, I’m Stephanie. I work with people who feel disconnected from themselves or others, overwhelmed by emotion, or stuck in patterns they cannot quite make sense of. Therapy with me can be a place to slow down, look beneath the surface, and build more compassion, clarity, and self-trust at your own pace.
I’m an LPC helping adults who feel stuck or unsure of what comes next. My style is warm, direct, collaborative, inclusive, and LGBTQ+ affirming. We explore anxiety, depression, and patterns, build useful skills, and help you gain insight, agency, and more control over the life you want at your pace.
Hello! As a licensed professional counselor, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to help you with your mental health concerns. With over 16 years of helping experience working in behavioral health, private practice, and in the school setting, I enjoy working with teens and adults to help support with multiple issues from anxiety, stress, and self esteem, to attachment and relationship management.
Welcome, it is great to have you here! My name is Marielle and I have been in the social work field for 5+ years working with individuals with disabilities, at-risk youth, and in schools. My specialties within a therapy setting include working with individuals with chronic illness, disabilities, and anxiety disorders. While these are my specialties, everyone is welcome in this space. I look forward to meeting you!

I approach therapy with empathy, curiosity, and a practical mindset, helping individuals explore challenges while building effective coping strategies. My work focuses on collaboration, insight, and meaningful change. I believe therapy should empower clients with tools and perspective that help them navigate stress, emotional difficulties, and life transitions with greater confidence and resilience.

I pride myself on providing individual and strengths based clinical support to my clients. I use humor, honesty, and radical acceptance in the work I do with my clients. I use a blend of therapeutic styles based on the individual needs of my client. I do use self -disclosure about my own trauma if I feel that it is beneficial to my client and the work we are doing together. Establishing and building rapport is paramount to any working relationship. I am easy to establish rapport with and am very outgoing. I believe that every person deserves to be accepted, celebrated, and loved for who they are. Hi! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania. I began my journey in the field by completing my undergraduate degree from Penn State in Human Development and Family Studies. I went on to earn my Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology with a Specialization in Counseling. Most recently, I earned a graduate certificate in Addictions Counseling through Purdue. I have 18 years of experience in the field and have specialized experience and training in working with sexual misconduct, addiction, and other problem sexual behaviors. I have experience working with families to build parenting skills as well as repairing familial relationships and attachments. I have experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma, specifically sexual trauma. Despite these specific experiences and training in the field, I enjoy working with diverse population of individuals in age and who may be experiencing various difficulties.
I’m Crissy Miyake, a licensed clinical psychologist who understands the benefit of therapy and the difficulty in asking for help. Specializing in anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma recovery, my initial priority is always to create an interaction that feels authentic, safe, and welcoming.
Former clients have described me as “down to earth,” warm, and direct. Sessions together will be an active collaboration and our conversations will be a mixture of guided topic discussion, structured discovery, and fluid exploration. I also naturally incorporate humor and often recommend resources (readings, worksheets, podcasts, etc.) to reinforce the work in between sessions.
Hi, I’m Lynn Hakin. I bring an easygoing, down-to-earth personality paired with an honest, straightforward approach to my therapy practice. A proud double alumna of Lock Haven University, I graduated with my Bachelor’s in Psychology in 2019 and returned to earn my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2023.
Since entering the mental health field in 2019, I’ve gained deep, diverse experience—navigating inpatient hospital care, substance abuse treatment centers, and community mental health within a prison setting. This journey has shaped the advocate I am today. Now, in my private practice, I combine that strong clinical background with clear, open communication to help clients navigate their own paths to healing.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania. My expertise is backed by a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Widener University and a Bachelor of Arts in Art Therapy from Seton Hill University. I combine Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Art Therapy to support and guide individuals through their healing journeys. I believe in the power of therapy to transform lives, tailoring sessions to each client’s unique needs and fostering an environment of growth, insight, and meaningful change.
Hi, I’m Jen. I’m a licensed professional counselor with 10 years of experience. I’m so happy you’re here, I know how hard getting help can feel. I help my clients manage life adjustments and the stress that may bring to their lives. I also help those struggling with other sources of stress and anxiety feel more empowered to get the things they want and achieve greater peace of mind.
If you’re here it’s likely because you find yourself struggling. Perhaps you’re in the midst of a transition - a new job, a new city, graduating college, the end of a relationship, or the loss of a loved one. You’re not sure how to navigate the situation and the feelings associated with it are intense. Maybe you’re like the estimated 21 million U.S. adults living with depression. You can’t find any motivation. You're staying in more instead of meeting up with friends. You’re crying for no apparent reason. Maybe you’re like the estimated 42.5 million U.S. adults who live with anxiety. You can’t find rest. You don't feel safe. Your thoughts race and you feel on edge all the time. I'm here to walk with you.
In our work together we will navigate immediate challenges while also finding new insights and a deeper self-awareness that will help you develop a healthier relationship with yourself and others. I often draw from Cognitive Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and most prominently from a Psychodynamic approach to guide you through this process of change. Whether you're new to therapy or have had past experiences it is my hope that our work together will offer you new perceptions that can be used for change and help you feel more comfortable with you.
I’m Amanda & I’m looking forward to developing a trusting & therapeutic relationship with you. As a clinician, I feel passionately about supporting you through life's toughest (& most beautiful) moments. We can work together to figure out where (& who) you want be. I’m very excited to see what kind of changes we can bring about within you & your life!

Hello! My name is Lindsey Peters. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 12 years of experience providing outpatient mental health services. I am EMDR certified and specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and personality disorders. I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. My approach is individualized to each person’s needs, with a focus on building trust, developing healthy coping skills, processing difficult experiences, and creating meaningful, lasting change. I am passionate about helping clients better understand themselves, overcome challenges, and work toward a healthier and more fulfilling life.
My style is warm, curious, engaged, and down-to-earth. I’m not the kind of therapist who sits silently and occasionally asks, “How does that make you feel?” I’ll be right there with you—asking questions, noticing patterns, offering perspective, and sometimes bringing humor into the room when it feels right.
I work especially well with thoughtful, self-aware people who have done a lot of thinking about themselves but still find themselves caught in patterns they can’t quite think their way out of. You may be successful and capable on the outside while privately struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism, relationship patterns, or a persistent sense that something is missing.
I also work with people who feel disconnected—from their emotions, their relationships, or even themselves. Sometimes that disconnection developed for very good reasons. If you learned early in life to stay in control, rely on yourself, push feelings aside, or keep others at a distance, those strategies may have helped you survive difficult experiences but now leave you feeling stuck or alone.
My approach is grounded largely in Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment, mindfulness, and somatic work. Rather than asking, “What’s wrong with you?” we get curious about what happened, what you learned to do to survive or belong, and what different parts of you may still be trying to protect.
Our work is about more than understanding yourself. It’s about experiencing yourself differently—with more compassion, more choice, deeper connection, and less internal noise.

Hello. I'm James and I appreciate that you are considering me to be your therapist. The decision to begin therapy for the first time or with a new treatment professional requires strength, courage and commitment. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship issues, financial pressures, addiction or any other obstacle that prevents you from living the life that you want, finding the right therapist for you is an important part of getting yourself back to where you would like to be.
I have experienced a variety of obstacles in my own life and personally understand how the therapeutic process can help change your life. This is my second career. While working in manufacturing at a pharmaceutical company, and being a full-time single-parent, I completed my education over a number of years and began working part-time in the field several years prior to my retirement from the pharmaceutical industry in 2012.
I have worked with groups and individuals in a variety of settings. To me, this career is a calling for which my collective life experiences have prepared me. My Masters degrees are in Psychological Counseling, Addictions Counseling and Industrial/Organizational Psychology. I appreciate the uniqueness of each individual and have worked with people from a number of different cultures, religions and lifestyle orientations. In my own life, I strive for continual personal growth and to nurture my mind body and spirit.
Should you decide to work with me, I will help you to appreciate your strengths and to build on the courage and commitment that brought you to seek changes in your life. My goal is to always help you find ways to be happy in your life and to do it in ways that work for you. If you're willing to do the work, your life WILL get better.
The only constant in life is change. I see my primary role as therapist to be acting as steward and support for a client as they grow and change. I strive to create a safe a supportive space where a client can explore their identity without fear of judgement. I also seek to support my clients during their road to recovery from past trauma, attachment issues, and relationship struggles.
I have been working as a therapist trained in supporting folx identifying as LGBTQIA+ as well as trans and gender variant, and have had the honor of supporting teens and adults during their gender exploration and transition. I have exensive training and experience in this area, including training from the CHOP Gender Clinic and through the Mazzoni Center in Philadelphia.
Seeking therapeutic support can be a frightening and stressful experience and I seek to be a grounding support person who can provide the feedback and tools necessary to survive and thrive during this process.
I'm Jade Leonard, a Licensed Professional Counselor, Army veteran, and trauma informed professional who's dedicated to helping people reclaim their lives. My journey in the military and as a mother has taught me resilience, discipline, and the quiet strength it takes to face life's toughest challenges, and I bring the same dedication to my therapy practice. I specialize in DBT, trauma informed care, and Solution Focused modalities. Through a combination of evidence-based strategies and compassionate guidance, I help clients regulate emotions, heal from trauma, and build the life they want. My mission is simple, to transform strength into growth, pain into resilience, and challenges into opportunity.
I have worked in mental health/social work for over 15 years. I am a problem solver and advocate by nature. I specialize in life transitions (including but not limited to graduating, getting married, having a child, changing careers), depression, anxiety and trauma.
I am a cognitive behavior therapist by training. I work with individuals to identify thoughts and behaviors that are inhibiting their lives and to restructure these thoughts to be more beneficial. The ultimate goal is to find more helpful ways of thinking so you can live with more ease and happiness.
I am also trained in dance/movement therapy and study the body and movements to understand how you are feeling and your history. I predominantly provide verbal therapy but if you are open to movement work, I will provide movement-based interventions and body-based mindfulness practices.
I am passionate about women's rights and enjoy working with women to identify thoughts and behaviors ingrained by society and how to change them for more freedom and balance. I also specialize in working with mothers (working, on-the-go or at-home). I'm a Mom of two and often rely on my personal experience as a tool in therapy. I like to work with mothers to find balance in their lives and to transition into motherhood with ease.

Welcome! My name is Evan Miller and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and psychotherapist in the state of Pennsylvania.
The goal of therapy is to facilitate personal growth and help you improve your life. I believe there is no one-size-fits all approach to therapy, so this can take many shapes and forms depending on your needs. Whether you're looking to build self-awareness, strengthen your relationships, change your unwanted habits, better manage your stress or just feel better emotionally - I am here to help!
I consider the therapeutic relationship to be fundamental to all forms of good therapy, so I continually strive to create an environment that is supportive, safe, authentic, comfortable and non-judgmental. While I have specialized training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (M.I.) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, I utilize a person-centered and integrative approach that also incorporates elements of attachment theory, existential-humanistic theory and harm reduction philosophy.

Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Pennsylvania. I received my Masters from Mount Aloysius College and have been practicing for a little over 4 years. My background stems from being an inpatient counselor working with drug and alcohol clients, as well as mental health. I found a great passion in helping people in those areas and would like to continue to do that on Grow Therapy.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist with specialized education and training in trauma-informed care. I believe most human suffering stems from the stress and trauma of existing within oppressive societal systems that seek to disconnect us from ourselves and others. I am deeply committed to examining, dismantling, and providing space to heal from these destructive systems. The therapeutic relationship should offer a safe environment to process chronic stress and trauma, explore the survival strategies you have developed, and build new skills that serve your present life. I am particularly interested in the mind-body connection—specifically regarding chronic stress and the nervous system—and I continually integrate somatic practices into my work with clients.
As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I understand how crucial it can be to find a therapist who understands the unique experience of navigating a heteronormative world. I have experience working in gender-affirming and HIV+ healthcare settings with trans, non-binary, gay, lesbian, and queer clients. I am dedicated to providing intersectional care across race, class, gender, religion, ethnicity, age, disability status, and all other identities. This means I will always consider how your various identities interact and influence how you move through and are treated in this world.
If you are interested in a free 15-minute phone consultation, please schedule your first session with at least a week's notice so that we have time to connect. I will reach out prior to the scheduled appointment. I offer sliding scale (for private-pay clients) and weekend time slots on an as-needed basis, which we can discuss during the phone consultation.
I’m Carli Weed, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Bloom & Branch Counseling. I graduated from Rutgers University–Camden in 2019 and have dedicated my career to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and support.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working across a variety of settings, including substance use treatment, geriatric care, and clinical mental health services. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the resilience of the human spirit and the unique journeys that shape each person’s story.
Hi! I completed my degree at Capital Seminary & Graduate School, where I earned my Master’s degree in Family, Couple, and Marriage Counseling. I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with a heart for walking alongside others while they work through various types of challenges and difficulties in life. I believe therapy is not a one size fits all situation, I work in tandem with my clients, I listen to their needs, and together, we create a treatment that will help you achieve your goals.

The transition to parenthood and constant changes once you’re there are some of the most transformative experiences a person can go through during their life. This time is both beautiful and stressful. Whether it’s your first or your fifth+ child, in today’s world, almost all of us- both moms and dads- can benefit from some additional support in the years of pregnancy and raising children.
My practice aims to assist you through all of the normal and abnormal challenges of this time that is short-lived but has long-lasting impacts on ourselves and our families. While each individual and family is unique in their needs and ways that they grow, common goals achieved in counseling include feeling more connected to yourself, your baby or child, and your partner; changing unhealthy family patterns you don’t want to repeat from past generations; feeling more confident in yourself as a parent and partner; improving work-life balance; feeling more supported and less alone; developing your unique identity as a parent and embracing this stage of life; and improving persistent feelings of anxiety, depression, shame, anger, and feeling overwhelmed.
If you are struggling, want to better support a partner who is struggling, or would just like to utilize this uniquely powerful time in your life to become more of the person you want to be, I would love to meet you.

I invite you to learn more about my approaches to therapy, trauma, and trauma therapy by visiting my website: (www.everystepforward.com). And, please feel free to reach out to me with any questions.

I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I also support clients dealing with stress, emotional overwhelm, and self-esteem challenges.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person’s needs. I focus on helping clients build practical coping skills, improve emotional well-being, and strengthen relationships so they can feel more balanced, grounded, and in control of their lives.
I believe therapy should feel safe, empowering, and supportive as you work toward meaningful and lasting change.
Each individual presents with unique experiences and challenges. My aim is to meet you where you are at and help you reach the next personal goal you have set whether it be self-discovery or coping with various challenges. I help by bringing humor and empathic listening to every session. I aim to understand your experience in your eyes and feel what you feel. I hope to help you see that others can help you through the challenges that you are facing.
My goal is to help bring a strong connection to the time you spend with me in therapy. The connection made in therapy can lead to strong bonds in your personal life and better decision-making. Through a person-centered and solution-focused approach, we will be able to help you process trauma or discover the person you aspire to be.
Hello! My name is Dr. Tomlin, and I am a licensed and nationally certified professional counselor and traumatologist. I specialize in various modalities, including strength-based coaching, existentialism, multicultural awareness, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I am passionate about helping others achieve social, emotional, and behavioral improvements and providing them with the fundamental tools to overcome life struggles so they can prosper. Life is full of obstacles and difficult circumstances, which can feel overwhelming and all-consuming. Navigating these unique, daily challenges can be isolating, leaving you second-guessing everything and spiraling with sadness, frustration, and exhaustion.
How much of your life is spent waiting to feel confident enough to live it?
I’m Fred, a licensed clinical social worker who works with adults struggling with anxiety, addiction, relationship difficulties, and major life stress. My practice is direct, collaborative, and practical. I draw primarily from Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other evidence-based approaches.
A lot of people come to therapy believing they need more confidence, more clarity, or more certainty before they can move forward. Often, confidence is built differently: by learning to act, adapt, and make meaningful decisions even while doubt, anxiety, and difficult emotions are still present. Together, we’ll work on changing the patterns that keep you stuck and building the flexibility and confidence to move toward the life you want.
I am a professional counselor with over 10 years of experience licensed in both Ohio (LPCC) and Pennsylvania (LPC). I specialize in supporting women, young adults, parents, and queer folk navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship concerns. I help people build the skills they need to manage their stressors while we break the patterns that keep them stuck.
I use a person-centered, feminist lens approach rooted in the belief that you are the expert on your own life blended with tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialetical Behavioral Therapy, and Schema Therapy. We'll work together to create a space where you feel empowered to grow, heal, and shape your own path forward.
I'm Ben Northrup, a licensed professional counselor with experience working with people with a wide range of mental health challenges. I specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for individuals with borderline personality disorder, psychosis treatment, helping family members of individuals with symptoms of psychosis, and support for anxiety and depression.
I earned both my undergraduate and graduate degrees from Lock Haven University and have worked in group homes, partial hospitalization programs, women’s centers, and community-based mental health clinics. These experiences have shaped my client-centered, practical, and empathetic approach to therapy.
I tend to keep therapy pretty conversational and relaxed. I don't think therapy should feel like something you have to dread each week. Sometimes we'll have a serious emotional conversation, sometimes we'll problem solve, sometimes we'll laugh, and sometimes you might just need a place to let everything out. My goal is to make therapy a place where you can be yourself while we figure out the best way to help you reach your goals.
Hi, I'm Angela, a licensed therapist in Pennsylvania who helps women feel like themselves again when life transitions, relationships, work, or major changes leave them feeling anxious, overwhelmed, burned out, or disconnected from who they are.
I specialize in supporting women and people whose experiences are shaped by womanhood as they navigate life's transitions, changing relationships, career challenges, and shifts in identity. My practice is intended to be an affirming and supportive space for clients seeking care centered on these experiences.
Having navigated difficult seasons and life transitions of my own, I understand that healing and change are not simply things we learn about—they are experiences we live through. My professional training and clinical experience guide my work, while my own life experiences have deepened my understanding of how change can challenge our sense of identity, test our resilience, and require us to find our way forward in unexpected ways.
Hi there! My name is Dr. Gina Kilderry. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey. I hold both a Master’s degree and a Doctorate (PsyD) in Counseling Psychology. I have worked with adults with varying concerns for 6 years in the Greater Philadelphia area.
My clinical experience includes working with individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. I am certified as a Co-Occurring Disorders Specialist (CCDS). I also have experience working with criminal offenders in both community and institutional settings, addressing a range of behavioral, emotional, and psychological concerns. In addition, I have worked with LGBTQIA+ individuals both as a volunteer and in practice, and can assist with many related concerns. I have experience with various diagnoses, but I view each client as a person, not a diagnosis. I work collaboratively with each client on the goals you set, to help you achieve meaningful progress and personal growth.
