Hello! My name is Zach Soohy. I am a PA licensed mental health counselor and have worked with clients in several mental health fields for the last 9 years. I own, operate, and counsel through my own LLC practice (Forged Through Adversity LLC) that specializes in helping clients work through trauma, abuse, grief, ADHD, and self-worth/self-esteem issues, though I also have worked with many other kinds of mental health and addiction-based issues as well. I look forward to helping you as well if you desire! I understand that the decision to seek mental health counseling is often a challenging one for many people, but simply by considering it, you have taken a very positive step towards improving your life in noticeable and meaningful ways.
I have been working with individuals struggling with post-traumatic stress disorder, substance use, sexual addiction, and mental health challenges for the past ten years. I have a real heart to walk alongside you to encourage, support, and empower you to move forward in your recovery needs. I graduated from Liberty University in 2014 with an MA in Professional Counseling and completed a Doctoral program specializing in treating trauma-related challenges. I approach recovery through the eyes of motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
I am licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) committed to helping people heal and grow from their past and live an authentic life. I help clients navigate life transitions: college/young adulthood, becoming caregivers for parents, perimenopause/menopause, and coming to terms with late-diagnosed neurodivergence. I am especially passionate about helping people navigate relationships with emotionally immature parents and adults. In addition to clinical work, I also have a background in higher education and career counseling.
Hello! I have always enjoyed helping others for as long as I can remember as early as age 9. I love to see their responses in the learning process. I have experienced trauma, witnessed violence, anxiety, have been in an unhealthy alcoholic relationship and have been a sensitive being my entire life not understanding why.
My saving Grace has always been movement. I loved the way it made me feel-free and calm, and movement has always been part of my life even during 4 pregnancies and keeping up with my 4 children, and now my grandchildren. Over time, I was introduced to mindfulness, stress reduction and relaxation (which I didn’t realized how much I needed) and Yoga. This allowed me to calm my mind and focus.
My career goal was Physical Education teaching and when I graduated (after have 4 children), teacher jobs were scarce. I was introduced to Behavioral Health and here I am now, 25 years later.

My clinical approach is grounded in Structural Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma-Informed Care. These frameworks allow me to explore how the environments we grew up in shape our views of ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us.
I am passionate about supporting my clients on their journey toward healing and peace. My goal is to help individuals accept their past without allowing it to define their future—empowering them to live more fulfilling and authentic lives.

As a Therapist, I’m passionate about helping clients evolve into the best version of themselves. I specialize in supporting those navigating depression, anxiety, and life transitions, and I’m committed to breaking cycles of self-doubt, self-sabotage, and emotional pain rooted in trauma or cultural conditioning.
My approach blends evidence-based practices, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Supportive Therapy, with a deep understanding of your unique story. At EJM Therapy, you’ll find a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can show up fully without shame or stigma.
For many clients such as yourself, finding a place to share openly without fear of judgment can feel impossible. Somewhere you can laugh, cry, scream, or all three. Here, you are heard, seen, and supported. Therapy can be the recipe for unstoppable healing and unshakable peace. If you’re ready to move forward, I’d love to walk alongside you. Let’s talk.
I work with women navigating life transitions, including changes in relationships, family roles, and health. These experiences can bring anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and the effects of trauma into focus, and can influence how thoughts, emotions, and the body interact.
As a yoga teacher and yoga therapist for over 25 years, mindfulness is a natural part of my work and informs how I understand and approach the mind body connection. I integrate mindfulness based stress reduction, mindfulness based cognitive therapy, and somatic therapy into sessions in a way that supports awareness and emotional regulation.
My training as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania, Florida, South Carolina and Delaware allows me to bring these approaches together in a way that is both clinically grounded and also responsive to your experience.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with complex and high acuity mental health needs. My work is grounded in trauma informed and trauma responsive care, with a strong commitment to creating inclusive, affirming spaces for BIPOC, LGBTQI+, neurodivergent clients, and individuals in rural communities. I work across the lifespan, including children (7+), adults, older adults, families, and couples.
My approach is collaborative and empowering, centered on the belief that clients are the experts in their own lives and require my clinical expertise. I often describe my role as “working myself out of a job” to help clients build the insight, skills, and confidence needed to advocate for themselves and navigate systems independently. As a trauma specialist, I tailor evidence based interventions to each client’s identities, needs, strengths, and goals. My primary approaches include Somatic Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)-(EMDRIA certification pending), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. I also integrate Internal Family Systems informed interventions, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, exposure based strategies, mindfulness, and other approaches as clinically appropriate. I adapt treatment for neurodivergent clients and clients with intellectual or developmental disabilities because therapy should adjust to the person and not require the person to adjust to therapy.
I am continually shaped by the courage, insight, and lived experiences clients bring into our work. Every advanced training, specialty, certification, and state license reflect lessons learned from clients. I carry their trust, stories, and influence into every session with gratitude and responsibility.

Hello, I am Nancy DiStefano a mastered prepared, licensed independent social worker with over 35 years experience. I have experience in therapy with members from age 3-83. I am here to help you find peace in your life and reach whatever goals you choose to reach. I have been doing online tele-health since 2012. I specialize in CBT and ERP. I am here to help. I found my career as a therapist as a secondary one which has provided exposure to multiple therapeutic settings. My start in community mental health gifted me with a well-rounded, diverse level of training and exposure to the human experience. More importantly, my background reinforced the importance and power of the therapeutic relationship. I am curious, empathetic, affirming, and compassionate. My sense of humor often finds its way into our sessions (as do my dogs, if you're so inclined!). Together, we will map your treatment, so that you are clear as to what to expect, regardless of the intervention. We start at the place you are ready, reinforcing the strengths and resiliency that you already exhibit. Together, we build from there to address what you came in for.. Therapy is hard work, but it is also profoundly full, rewarding and empowering. It's important for me to honor both the challenges and rewards.

I have been working in the mental health field since 2002 and have experience working with children, adults, and families in a variety of settings. Hello! Welcome to my site, my name is Ryan Brooks Leslie, licensed professional counselor and registered art therapist. I'm glad you found me here. There are few situations in life which are comparable to being in therapy; A helping relationship based on mutual respect, honesty, humility, educated/objective guidance, and genuine connection, in order for you to better navigate this thing we call "life". Being able to say anything, without fear of judgment, reproach, or rejection can allow you to truly face the obstacles that separate you from happiness and freedom; to be the best and most fulfilled version of yourself. I have spent the better part of 18 years educating myself and honing my counseling skills to people in this endeavor, and I must say I love being a therapist and have great confidence in my therapeutic skills and their benefit to you.
I am experienced in addictions, trauma (EMDR- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, improving social skills, existential life issues and transitions. I have found that it is often a combination of forces within and without of ourselves that create our unique situations that we need help with. While I have many methods to facilitate processing (talking, art therapy, mindfulness, EMDR), I believe that you are the expert of your unique story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming the challenges of your life. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I commend you for your effort and I am here to support, empower and be a fellow traveler on your journey.

I believe every child and teen deserves the opportunity to feel safe, understood, and hopeful about their future. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and families navigating trauma, emotional and behavioral challenges, and difficult life experiences. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and individualized, with a focus on understanding not only what a young person is experiencing, but also the relationships, environments, and experiences that have shaped them.
My work is trauma-informed, person-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I draw primarily from cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and family- and systems-focused approaches to help young people understand their emotions and experiences, develop effective coping skills, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change. I also value collaboration with caregivers and families when appropriate.
I have a particular passion for supporting youth who have experienced trauma or are struggling with complex emotional and behavioral needs. Sometimes challenging behaviors are also ways a young person has learned to cope, communicate, or survive. Rather than focusing only on stopping a behavior, I want to understand what is underneath it and help young people and their families find healthier ways forward.
Therapy is a collaborative process. My role is to provide a safe space where young people feel heard and understood while offering support, evidence-based guidance, and a gentle push when needed. Together, we can build on existing strengths, work through difficult experiences, and help young people move toward healthier, more fulfilling lives.
If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or like your mind is stuck in a spiral, you’re not alone. These feelings can be exhausting and feel like they may never stop. Whether you are struggling to manage feelings of anxiety, depression, experiencing the stresses of the day to day, or having difficulty coping with emotions and negative thoughts, I am here to help. I can help with regulating the body and mind, provide tools that help get you out the loop you may be stuck in, and help you navigate and process the thoughts you are having.

As a bilingual Marriage and Family Therapist (English/Spanish), my practice is rooted in deep cultural humility and respect. Your story, culture, and unique background matter deeply to the therapeutic process.

My name is Brandi. I provide a relaxed environment that I was told by current clients I currently serve, and help making therapy comfortable. I am very creative in terms of interventions and talking points individualizing how I work with each client. As you will see, I specialize in multiple diagnoses and symptoms. Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Pennsylvania. I received my Masters from the California University of PA now called PennWest and have been practicing for 14 years. i have worked in many different aspects of the mental field which has given me a great deal of experience to be a helper. I enjoy helping people in their time of need and to become the best versions of themselves.
I am a veteran of the helping professions, having served since 1982 in some capacity or another, and I still find excitement in the possibility of helping those who need such assistance. I am currently licensed in two states, both North Carolina and Pennsylvania. I find many people respond to my ability to simply listen and that shows that they do not often feel they have been heard and sometimes this is all that is necessary to start the journey to begin healing. Certainly more is often required, and helping people connect with effective treatments whether provided by myself or not is the best help that can be given.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Chestnut Hill College and 30 years of experience across diverse settings. My preferred therapeutic approaches include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I am open-minded and respectful, believing that everyone is doing their best within their unique circumstances. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to navigate life's challenges.
I believe that true well-being is achieved through an Acceptance and Commitment towards Change. My practice, ACC LLC, takes a holistic, person-centered approach to address mental health and behavioral concerns. After over 20 years dedicated to assisting individuals, families, and groups, my goal remains simple: to empower and assist you in healing through the natural, yet often challenging, process of change.
You are not alone in this journey. Help is only a phone call away.

My passion is working with people to navigate life’s challenges and transitions, whether that’s changes at work, moving, or shifts in relationships. I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and supported. Together, we focus on your goals and strengths, building coping skills and strategies that help you feel more grounded, empowered, and able to create meaningful change in your life.
Hello everyone, I'm Tyisha B. Wright, Licensed Professional Counselor and Approved Clinical Supervisor, licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. I have been doing this work for over 20 years and I show up the same way every time real, present, and invested in you.
My approach is eclectic and I work with all ages. I draw from Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, EMDR, family systems, motivational interviewing, and psychospiritual integration. I also use the five senses to help you slow down, get grounded, and connect with the here and now.
I am a fully affirming therapist and welcome everyone, including my LGBTQ+ family. Something brought you here. Trust that. I cannot wait to meet you.
