Life is full of change, and sometimes those changes can feel overwhelming. I believe there is no single “right way” to handle life’s challenges, which is why I take a person-centered and integrative approach to therapy. My goal is to help you feel supported and more at ease with where you are while working toward where you want to be.
Over the past 12 years, I’ve gained experience with a wide range of approaches including expressive arts therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, yoga, nature-based practices, nutrition, and relationship work. I enjoy bringing creativity and flexibility into sessions so that we can find what works best for you. I have a strong background in helping clients with worry, low mood, and spiritual concerns, and I strive to create a space where you can feel comfortable exploring any challenge you’re facing.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Saint Leo University with a specialization in Advanced Clinical Practice. Before that, I completed a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication, with minors in Film and Creative Writing. My professional experience spans a variety of settings, including community health centers, private practice, child welfare, schools, nonprofits, and the Department of Veteran Affairs.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, spending time in nature, watching movies, and participating in the arts. I am licensed in Florida, Idaho, South Carolina, and Utah. I work with cash-pay clients located in these states.
I serve people ages 8-108 years old through individual, family, and couples/marriage therapy. I treat anxiety, depression, thought problems, grief, trauma, high-stress work environments, and lots more!
I offer tele-health and in-person sessions. In-person sessions have the option of having animal-assisted therapy. If you choose equine therapy, we will be in the pasture, so be sure to wear closed-toe shoes that you don't mind getting dirty!

In my free time, I love spending time with my family — both the two‑legged and four‑legged members. I’ve been rescuing and advocating for animals since childhood, a passion passed down from my parents. When I’m not with loved ones, you can usually find me enjoying a good jigsaw puzzle, getting lost in a book, or indulging in a little retail therapy.

I want you to know that my goal is to meet you where you are, listen without judgment, and take the time to understand your story.
Therapy is a collaborative process, and we’ll work together to understand what you’re facing, build on your strengths, and find practical ways to help you move forward. Most importantly, I want you to feel that you have a safe place to be honest, be yourself, and be heard.
I graduated with my Masters in Social Work and Trauma Certificate from Simmons University in 2022. I previously worked as a crisis counselor providing care to both adults as well as children and families. During this time I saw a small caseload of adult clients until 2024 before transitioning to working as a community based therapist providing care to youth with problematic sexual behaviors. In 2025 I started to build up my caseload of EMDR clients and transitioned to office based work. I am extremely passionate about my work with EMDR and will nerd out when given the opportunity to share it.
I take a holistic approach when working with clients and try to bring in body based and ego state techniques as well. I like to help make my clients feel that we are on equal footing (because P.S. I am also human) and recognize that they are the expert in their life and know themselves best. I do my best to be as transparent as possible without crossing boundaries. It is my priority when working with clients is to support them in a way that helps them feel comfortable and safe to explore themselves and achieve their goals.
I am an independently licensed therapist who works with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, mood challenges, identity exploration, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems.

Hello! I also have a particular passion for working with teenagers, supporting them as they navigate the unique challenges of growing up. Whatever you're carrying deserves space to be heard without rush or judgment. I believe real growth comes not from battling difficult thoughts and emotions, but from self-compassion, connection to the present moment, and a defined commitment to enacting our values.

You may be someone who looks like you have it together from the outside, but inside you’re tired, overwhelmed, anxious, or wondering why the things that used to work for you just aren’t working anymore. Maybe you’re the person everyone else depends on, and you’re not quite sure where you get to put your own stuff.
I work especially well with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, major life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply trying to understand themselves better. Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable people who have already done a lot of reflecting but want help turning that insight into something that actually changes how life feels.
I also work with a number of fellow therapists and helping professionals. At any given time, roughly 10% of my caseload is made up of clinicians who need a place where they do not have to be the therapist, supervisor, helper, or expert. They get to simply be the client.
Another area I care deeply about is supporting women navigating perimenopause and the changes that can come with it. When your mood, energy, sleep, concentration, or sense of self suddenly feels different, it can be hard to know what belongs in the therapy room and what needs medical attention. I can help you sort through what you are experiencing, prepare for conversations with healthcare providers, and feel more confident advocating for your own health.
You don’t need to come to therapy with the right words or a perfectly defined goal. We can start with what’s happening now and figure it out together.
Note: I provide all services in a virtual setting.
I'm well-versed in a variety of disciplines due to what life has demanded of me for my own recovery and wellness. I have spent time as a personal trainer, mentor, musician, and professional counselor. Having both personally and professionally navigated the domains of physical, mental, and spiritual health, I'm of firm belief that a good clinician will address every aspect of person, and not reduce them to a collection of symptoms or confine them to a label.
It's my conviction that you can't teach what you don't know, so I've taken great care to prove to myself that my clinical expertise and training is validated by the road I've walked before I entered the field. I have a MA in Clinical Counseling from Ashland University, a BA in Theology from Malone University, PT certification from NASM, 12+ years sober, and 3+ years of professional counseling experience.

I believe healing begins with feeling truly seen and heard. My approach is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and deep respect for lived experience. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, I offer a space where your story matters and your emotions are welcome. I look forward to helping you exceed your goals!

I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, and I’m so glad you’re here. I’m passionate about walking alongside you on your healing journey—supporting you as you work toward symptom relief, emotional balance, greater self-acceptance, and more fulfilling relationships. Hi, I’m Jessica. I provide a calm, steady space for adults feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in overthinking. I work with individuals navigating life transitions, past experiences, or high-stress environments, including veterans and caregivers. Together, we focus on helping you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself, so you can move forward with clarity and balance.
Many of my clients are capable, caring people who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, constant worry, or mental exhaustion. They may be navigating life transitions such as motherhood, relationship changes, career stress, or shifts in identity. I also work with veterans and individuals from high-stress environments who want a calm space to process and regain balance. Many are used to being the strong one for others but want to feel more grounded, present, and like themselves again.
I'm a dedicated professional with over 15 years of experience in the behavioral health field. My goal is to empower individuals to embrace their authentic selves and find comfort in their daily lives. I insist on personalizing my interventions to suit each individual's needs. I work mostly with young adults and adults (ages 18+). I believe that most of us would benefit from therapy at most points throughout our lives. We are social beings by nature and are simply not meant to struggle alone. We are our own worst critics so it takes an outside perspective of a loved one or a professional to help us recognize the strength amid chaos.
I have worked as a counselor for the last 20 years, and specialize in working with those who are challenged by changes in life. Whether you have had recent life events that are confusing or upsetting to you, losses, or feel as though your life is missing something, my desire as a therapist is to help you work through the change process and land in a space that makes you feel as though you are complete.
I am proud to be a person that people say they feel comfortable talking to and have always taken a nonjudgmental approach to anything someone has to share. We are all unique and deserve an unbiased audience. Whether you are struggling in a relationship, looking at addictive behaviors, challenged by mood changes, or just unsure of why you feel stuck, I would love the opportunity to work with you and assist in facilitating movement toward your personal goals.
We all experience life differently and sometimes trying to figure out how to handle those experiences can be overwhelming. I am here for you, so you don't have to do it alone. My goal is to provide you with a warm, safe, and inviting environment where I can help you with processing any thoughts and feelings you may have about life challenges.
I am a LISW-S and have over 20 years experience working with adults, children, teens, families, and groups. In session, we will learn how our thoughts lead to our feelings and behaviors and how to use those thoughts to ensure better outcomes. I will give you the tools to help you better deal with life stressors while empowering you to do so.
Hi, I’m Amanda, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I try to help people make sense of their patterns, work through trauma, and create change in their lives. My style is honest, supportive, and pretty down-to-earth.
We’ll focus on what you want to work on, at a pace that feels manageable. Together, we’ll look at what’s been keeping you stuck, whether that’s old wounds, relationship dynamics, or habits that don’t serve you anymore. From there, we’ll find ways to move forward that feel realistic and aligned with who you are.
You can expect a mix of insight, compassion, and directness from me. My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling more clear, more grounded, and more connected to yourself.

Hello! I pursued a career in social work 30 years ago to help others problem solve through difficulties and challenges. I will help you bring into focus the importance of understanding loss and the effects that unresolved grief can have on daily living related to your physical, mental, and spiritual health. Whether you prefer to jump or journey through life, allow me to be a Life Support for your emotional, psychological, and spiritual well-being.
I have been in the mental health field for over 8 years working as a caser manager for kids 6 to 17, working at a rehab facility, working as a substance abuse counselor in a prison and running my private practice. I offer EMDR, Trauma Informed CBT, DBT, Solution Focused, and Mindfulness based approaches. Are you riding the hot mess express? When is the last time you had a good cry and not because you are angry? Do you feel like a robot and/or don't know what you want and need? Do you know exactly why you do what you do and still can't make any changes? Have you got in trouble because you used unhealthy coping skills and wants to learn how to do different? I have helped people from many different backgrounds and lived experiences get to a point where there they can live the life they want and not the one their past has created for them. I only have two rules for my clients: "you aren't allowed to say sorry because you didn't do anything wrong" and "you are allowed to tell me no". I use whatever method my client needs to help either process the past or learn new skills in the present. Not all therapy requires you to process the past.
Do you feel like something is holding you back? Getting in your way? Many people run into barriers- barriers that keep them from achieving their goals, get in the way of their relationships, or keep them from moving on. These barriers can look like anxiety, depression, trauma, communication patterns, etc. This is where I can help!
I have worked with crisis services and trauma survivors my whole career; and trauma can look different for everyone! I enjoy nothing more than helping clients identify the barriers that are holding them back; constructing a plan to break it down and take steps towards doing so.
This is not just a job for me, I am on a mission to help empower women in all areas of life. I know that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, so I work to create a space where you feel truly safe, heard, and challenged. Therapy is a partnership, and I’m here to show up for you, offering support and guidance as you work toward healing and growth.
My name is Jennifer Bailey, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Drama Therapist. I help clients identify and pursue the goals that lead to a life filled with meaning, pride, and contentment.
Now, you may be wondering: “What exactly is a Registered Drama Therapist (RDT)?” Simply put, it means I integrate elements of theater and creative expression into the therapeutic process. With me, you have options. You might choose a traditional talk-therapy session to explore your thoughts, emotions, and goals. Or, if words don’t feel like enough, you might try something more experiential—writing, movement, role-play, or even reimagining and practicing conversations that keep replaying in your mind.
Talk therapy is a powerful tool for growth, but sometimes it takes more than words to truly process what’s happening inside. That’s where creativity can open new doors. Whether through conversation, movement, sound, or artistic expression, I provide a space where you can choose what feels most healing and helpful.
I would be honored to support you—whether that’s working toward personal goals, processing difficult emotions, or making positive and lasting changes in your life.
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Social Worker (LSW), and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC III) based in Ohio, with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals on their path to healing. I earned my Master’s degree from Walden University in Minneapolis and have devoted my career to helping adults move beyond immediate concerns and find lasting solutions for their mental health and well-being.
I believe that while pain in life is unavoidable, healing and growth are always possible. My role as your therapist is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can freely explore your thoughts and emotions. Using evidence-based practices, I work collaboratively with clients to navigate life’s challenges, build coping skills, and strengthen resilience.
My goal is to empower you to uncover your inner strengths, achieve personal growth, and cultivate more meaningful and fulfilling relationships. Together, we can work toward creating balance, clarity, and a sense of peace in your life.
Welcome! I'm Tobi! I am a Licensed Marriage & Family therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families.
I want to first applaud you for taking the leap to get support for your next chapter! You've made the leap in deciding on therapy, now let's keep the momentum with finding a therapist that is right for you, right now!
I especially work with clients to explore recurring challenges related to anxiety, PTSD, depression, and/or self-care. I focus on helping clients identify maladaptive patterns, develop assertive communication & boundaries with themselves and those around them that can help improve their quality of life.
I strive to personalize and facilitate systematic, strategic, and effective support plans for individuals to achieve what they believe (or don't believe is possible) after a series of setbacks or interpersonal challenges. I am a goal-oriented clinician who comes alongside my clients to discover or re-discover the self that may have gotten muddled along the way.
When feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, unexpected transitions, and low energy to overcome mental health challenges or setbacks, I fervently adopt the coach and modeling posture that will help you to learn and use adaptive mental health tools that will promote renewal, clarity, and rhythmic motivation to take control of your whole health and wellness journey.
I am a professional counselor with over 10 years of experience licensed in both Ohio (LPCC) and Pennsylvania (LPC). I specialize in supporting women, young adults, parents, and queer folk navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship concerns. I help people build the skills they need to manage their stressors while we break the patterns that keep them stuck.
I use a person-centered, feminist lens approach rooted in the belief that you are the expert on your own life blended with tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialetical Behavioral Therapy, and Schema Therapy. We'll work together to create a space where you feel empowered to grow, heal, and shape your own path forward.
Beginning therapy is a courageous step, and I don’t take that for granted. I'm here to help ensure your journey is meaningful and personalized. My work focuses on supporting individuals through trauma, life transitions, as well as challenges related to anxiety, depression, and grief. I use a collaborative, strengths-based, client-centered approach, customizing each session to fit your specific needs and goals. You’ll find a safe, supportive space where you can truly be yourself whenever you are ready to begin.
I am a dedicated behavioral health professional with 19 years of experience working in the mental health and addiction field. Working to help guide others with their battles with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and addiction. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to support individuals from diverse backgrounds who are navigating challenges related to mental health, substance use, trauma, life transitions, relationships, and other difficult life experiences, but then working through those walls that often keep us from thriving and living our best life.
My approach is compassionate, supportive, and person-centered. I believe therapy should provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself, talking openly about what you are experiencing, and working toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you. I draw from my extensive clinical experience to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and patterns while developing practical coping skills and healthier ways of managing life's challenges.
I understand that reaching out for support can sometimes feel overwhelming, and my goal is to meet you where you are while helping you identify your strengths and move toward where you want to be. Whether you are struggling with mental health concerns, substance use, trauma, stress, or simply feeling stuck, I strive to provide genuine, individualized support that helps you create a renewed sense of direction in your life.
Welcome! I'm so glad you're here and making this decision to try something new. Therapy can truly be a sacred space. It's a place that can absolutely change your life, if you allow your self the time and space to heal. My focus is to see you as uniquely you: the good, the bad, and the sometimes ugly. I believe we all have inherent value and worth, and I strive to see this in every single person, including you! We may have some changes we need to make and some behaviors we have to part ways with, but through this healing journey, I want you to know how valued and loved you are. To embrace life again like we were meant to. To forgive others and learn to let go. To change what you can and find peace with what you can't.
I operate from a trauma-informed perspective - recognizing how the past has changed the way we see ourselves and those around us. I look at how early life experiences impact our relationships, attachments, emotions, motivation, and joy. I incorporate mindfulness to help with regulation and utilize psychoeducation to understand that what happened in the past can't be changed, but we have the ability to pursue healing and growth regardless.
I am self-pay only for couples sessions ($150/session).

I enjoy working with clients who feel overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, emotionally stuck, or unsure of their next step, want to expand they choices, improve decision-making, and respond to life with more intention instead of reacting from stress or fear.
Outside of my work as a therapist, I’m a wife to an amazing therapist, a mom of four children, an avid crocheter, and gardener. These parts of my life help shape the warmth, creativity, and groundedness I bring into my work.
When I’m not in session, I enjoy creating and publishing reflective journals, volunteering, public speaking, and facilitating mental health workshops. I also participate in local wellness fairs where I share mental health education, resources, and support efforts to reduce the stigma around seeking help.
I began my work in mental health in 2005 after earning my degree in psychology, starting in adolescent residential care before moving into one-on-one therapy. With a master’s in clinical psychology and experience supporting people through trauma, anxiety, stress, and life transitions, I provide humanistic, person-centered care that treats the whole individual, not just their symptoms. As someone who has lived with type 1 diabetes for over thirty-five years, I understand the daily work of seeking peace and stability, and I bring that compassion into my work with clients.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and practical. I help clients build emotional regulation skills, increase self-awareness, explore patterns, and identify choices that support confidence, healing, and personal growth. I am a licensed clinician with 14 years of experience in substance use treatment and 4 years in mental health counseling, dedicated to supporting individuals through trauma, addiction, and emotional challenges. I provide a Person-Centered, holistic approach that integrates CBT, DBT skills, Trauma-Informed care, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused techniques to help clients create meaningful and lasting change.

My work is best suited for clients who are ready to explore healing, build resilience, and reconnect with their sense of identity and purpose.
Through a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space, I help clients separate who they are from what they have been through, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and relating. My goal is to support whole-person healing from the inside out—empowering clients to move from surviving to thriving with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
Greetings! I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) and have worked with offenders, anger management clients, couples, teens and adults struggling with ADHD, anxiety and depression. Through a strengths based approach, my clients learn more about themselves thus improving self-confidence, communication, mood and overall outlook on life. I love serving my teen and couples clients via the Gallup strengths test. This test helps individuals understand where their energy is highest and what they value most. It's not about "strengths", but values. I believe one of the best things we can do for ourselves is take the time to truly understand ourselves as this helps us learn to communicate effectively, be productive, overcome procrastination and more. This is one tool of many I enjoy using to help my clients.

Hello, I am a therapist who holds a license in clinical social work (LCSW) in Indiana and Ohio (LISW). I received my Masters of Social Work (MSW) degree from Indiana University and my Masters in Clinical Bioethics from Loyola University in Chicago. I have been practicing for 25 years. Is anxiety or depression keeping you from living the life you want? Are you struggling in your relationships? Would you like to communicate more effectively? Do you isolate or avoid situations because of low self-esteem or lack of self-confidence? Is a self-sabotaging behavior interfering with your well-being or relationships? You and I can work together to bring about change: you can overcome anxiety and depression. You can break out of the cycle of self-sabotaging or addictive behaviors. Life can be better and relationships more fulfilling. With support and guidance, you can build the life you want.
I have extensive experience in the fields of mental health and addictions, working with individuals seeking change and the loved ones who want to support them.
I’m glad you reached out for support. Taking that step can require courage and strength. Many of the adults I work with are doing their best to hold everything together but feel overwhelmed on the inside. You may be dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, health concerns, difficult past experiences, or a major change in your life. You may also be facing grief, relationship challenges, questions about who you are, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself.
I believe therapy should feel human, compassionate, and practical rather than clinical or cold. I offer a space where you can speak openly, feel heard, and explore what you are going through without judgment. Together, we can look at what is weighing on you, build on the strengths you already have, and develop practical tools that support you in daily life. If you are feeling stuck, tired, or ready for something to change, I’m here to help you take the next step.
Our first session is a chance for me to listen and learn more about you and what brought you to therapy. You will have space to talk openly about what has been difficult and what you would like to change. We can begin identifying what is weighing on you, the strengths you already have, and practical ways therapy can support you. My goal is for you to feel heard, respected, and comfortable moving at a pace that works for you.
I work with adults in Ohio, Arizona, and Nevada who may look like they are managing well on the outside but feel overwhelmed on the inside. You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, health concerns, life changes, relationship challenges, grief, or feeling disconnected from yourself.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I believe that taking care of your mental health is one of the most important investments you can make in yourself. Reaching out for help isn’t easy, so I want to start by acknowledging the strength it takes to take that first step. I’ve worked with clients from many walks of life, but my primary focus is helping adults who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges find clarity, peace, and balance again.
Hi, I'm David. I'm a Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervision Designation (LISW-S), and I believe therapy works best when you can show up as yourself without feeling judged, analyzed, or expected to have everything figured out.
My approach is warm, straightforward, and collaborative. I enjoy working with adults who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, burned out, or simply trying to make sense of where they are in life and where they want to go next. I value authenticity in the therapeutic relationship. You can expect compassion and respect, but also honest conversation, thoughtful questions, and a little humor when appropriate. Therapy doesn't have to feel cold or clinical- it can be a place where you feel understood while also doing meaningful work toward the life you want.
As your therapist, it’s my job to help you make positive, lasting change. This might feel easier said than done, but together, we’ll break down transformation into small steps. Hello! I hold a doctorate from the University of Kentucky. I bring a unique perspective to my practice as a retired military veteran and I understand that asking for help can be hard, but it is a place where you don't have to carry everything. I enjoy working with young adults, adolescents, and older adults as they navigate challenges and work toward personal growth. I’m passionate about supporting you through life transitions, and my approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to meet you where you are. If you're looking for a safe space to be heard, understood, and supported, I’d be honored to walk alongside you in your journey.
I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, oppositional defiant disorder, borderline personality disorder, anger management, and trauma, using evidence-based approaches to help clients build resilience and develop effective coping strategies. Whether you’re managing the stress of a significant life transition, recovering from trauma, or seeking support for emotional well-being, I’m here to guide you on your journey toward healing and empowering growth.

If I could write a letter to my younger self, I would tell her this: You are not broken. You are responding to what you’ve been through. And one day, your healing will become someone else’s hope. Hi, I’m Cherita Griffin, MS, LPCC-S, NCC, CYT, SEL-F, C-DBT, CMIP—a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisory Endorsement who has spent over 20 years supporting people through mental health challenges. I’m a trauma-informed therapist who deeply understands that healing is not just clinical… it’s personal. I’m also a Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT), Social Emotional Learning Facilitator (SEL-F), Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapist (C-DBT), and Certified Mindfulness Informed Professional (CMIP), allowing me to integrate both evidence-based practices and holistic approaches into the work we do together. I specialize in helping individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from themselves find their way back to clarity, confidence, and peace. In our work together, we don’t just talk, we gently uncover, process, and rebuild. I combine evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, mindfulness, and Social Emotional Learning with a compassionate, real, and non-judgmental space.
This is a place where:
• You don’t have to have it all together
• You don’t have to carry everything alone
• You can finally exhale
Healing is not about becoming someone new, it’s about returning to who you were before life taught you to shrink, question yourself, or survive in silence.
You deserve to feel whole, worthy, and at peace.
Are you grinding through days feeling down, empty, burned out, or like you just can’t keep doing this? Do you feel a heaviness inside that keeps coming back and makes everything harder? Are you so used to bottling up your emotions that you can hardly remember a time when you didn’t just keep everything inside? You might believe deep down that you are broken, that it’s your fault you feel this way, and you will always need to hide who you really are and what you really feel from others. Or maybe life or a relationship has just gotten really hard lately, and you don’t know where to go from here.

I'm Cat, a Licensed Independent Social Worker and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.
I'm a Millennial Mom of 3 with some scrappy life experiences myself. I've worked extensively with survivors of childhood sexual abuse, sex trafficking, and complex trauma. My approach is a great fit for teens and women who want to have a place where they can be completely real, to unpack whatever they need to, and feel accepted by someone who truly believes things will get better. Many of my Clients have lived through serious betrayal and felt confused, absent, or unhinged by what happened. Then they come to therapy because they've been living life "at a 10" and want hope that they don't have to be this mad, this triggered, or this impacted anymore. I help Clients understand why this is happening and how to move forward in a way that feels strong and sure.
For clients who desire it, I can integrate Biblical counseling. A space to explore how God's presence, grace, and Truth can support a full life.
Transformation! Therapy changed my life many years ago. which motivated me to help others do the same. For 28 years, I've had the honor of engaging with people to heal from emotional pain and ineffective patterns that keep them from living the life they long for.
My approach is genuine, caring and respectful to clients. You'll be accepted and we'll start right where you are and with your story. My interventions are based on clinical evidence, and you can read about the proven methods I use below. However, because of my experience as a client, I know it takes a real connection and genuine kindness to make it all work.
