My treatment methods

Christian Counseling

I integrate Christian counseling to offer both emotional and spiritual support. By incorporating biblical principles alongside evidence-based therapies like CBT, I help clients find healing that aligns with their faith. I guide them through challenges with the wisdom and comfort of scripture, prayer, and Christ’s teachings. My goal is to create a safe space where clients can grow emotionally and spiritually, finding peace, hope, and a deeper connection to their faith while navigating life’s struggles.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive behavioral therapy is an evidence-based approach that seeks to explore the relationship between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It also seeks to uncover and identify deeply held beliefs that may be contributing to an individual's mental health issues.

Faith based therapy

This is an approach that utilizes an individual's faith in the recovery process.
