My name is Dr. Olushola Bakare, and my work centers on helping people recognize the strengths they already carry. Just as a fish is built to swim and a bird to fly, I believe each of us has our own natural way of moving through life, and my role is to help you find and lean into yours. I work with adults and older adults who are ready to feel more grounded, confident, and understood, in a space that is safe, warm, and free of judgment. To help make sure we are the right fit from the start, I want to be upfront that my practice does not currently include couples counseling, medication management, or completing disability, FMLA, or legal paperwork. I work with adults 18 years and older. If any of these are part of what you are looking for, I am happy to help you find a provider whose practice is built around that support.
I am an experienced Licensed Clinical Therapist in 3 states. I am passionate about helping others achieve their treatment goals by providing a non-judgmental and safe space for all.
I use empathy, compassion, knowledge, and my clinical experience to help people achieve their treatment goals.
Helping people through life’s challenges and transitions is truly a privilege for me.
With a person centered, trauma informed, and holistic therapeutic approach, a true trusting relationship can be created to reach treatment goals.
I have held several different positions in the clinical/behavioral health field over the years. I have been a Director of Clinical Services/Operations for residential/inpatient facilities. I oversaw five outpatient clinics as a Clinical Director. I was also blessed to work as a therapist and assistant director in Mental Health Court, Drug Court, and Veterans Court when starting my career. I now focus on individual and couples counseling in my professional career.
I am originally from Nashville, Tennessee. I was fortunate enough to earn a D-1 basketball scholarship and attend college. I graduated from Missouri State University with a teaching degree.
I then moved to Miami Florida to be close and help my handicapped older brother. During this time I fell in love with therapy and helping others even more. So, I decided to go back to school and get my Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Tennessee.
I have completed specialized trainings/certifications to help people struggling with Trauma, Grief, Relationship Issues, Anxiety, Depression, Mood Disorders, ADHD, Substance Use Disorders and Co-Occurring Disorders.
My goal is to support and help each person find the tools they need to be the best version of themselves, and then live the life they deserve. I love watching someone find the best version of themselves and begin living life to the fullest.

I am an LCSW, licensed in FL, VT, MA, MD and Co, and work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, numerous changes in life, and grief or loss, related to the world around us! Life can be hard sometimes, but we do not have to do it alone. Hola my name is Alma Flores, LMHC. I am originally from Puerto Rico I have been living and working in Massachusetts since 2007. I have 17 years of experience working as a Mental Health Counselor with both Hispanic and English speaking community. I do Individual, couple's and family therapy. I utilize techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Emotional Regulation to teach coping skills and new patterns of thinking. These skills allow people to live a healthier and beautiful life that every person deserves.
Do you ever feel misunderstood, no one ever listens or cares about your life? Do you sometimes feel that you are trapped in a room without an exit? I will never exactly understand what it is like to be you, however I believe that significant progress can be made in even the toughest of life situations. Having someone that will listen and cares about your circumstances and strives to find a solution is imperative. I love to collaborate with my clients and develop a blueprint which can help them achieve their goals. Whatever your struggles, there's always a way out.
As a therapist, I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autism, as well as people navigating trauma and chronic PTSD. I work with adults and teenagers, and I recently expanded my practice to include couples. This work is particularly meaningful to me because I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult woman myself. Receiving a late diagnosis can bring tremendous relief and understanding, while also opening the door to grief for the years spent without the support, language, or understanding you deserved. There can be an inherent trauma in being neurodivergent in a world that often asks us to adapt ourselves rather than adapting to us. Many neurodivergent people have histories of masking, shame, rejection, chronic misunderstanding, and feeling like something is fundamentally wrong with them. Therapy can be a space to unpack those experiences and develop a deeper, more compassionate understanding of yourself.
I am a licensed clinical social worker and therapist dedicated to providing compassionate, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed care. I specialize in working with adolescents, adults, and families who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, identity development, relationship issues, and life transitions. My practice integrates evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.
I am deeply committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore their stories, heal from emotional wounds, and build meaningful lives. Through our work together, clients often experience greater emotional resilience, improved self-esteem, and more fulfilling relationships. My goal is to support clients in reclaiming their voice, strengthening their coping skills, and fostering long-term mental wellness.
Hi, I’m Jamilex (she/her), a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional based in Massachusetts. I offer online therapy for adolescents and adults navigating trauma, identity, and life transitions—especially those from BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities who are carrying complex stories that haven’t always felt safe to tell. My path to becoming a therapist began long before I earned my degree. Before I became a therapist, I was a young person surviving systems, silences, and scars; searching for safety, words, and meaning. My journey through abuse, family estrangement, foster care, and the military shaped not only my life, but my purpose. I know what it’s like to carry pain that feels too heavy, or too complicated, to name. That journey shaped my belief that even in silence, our stories matter. Even in pain, growth is possible.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I have been practicing for over 18 years. In my clinical opinion, all therapeutic approaches come from a place of strength, validation and compassion. In my work, I focus on the concerns you feel comfortable sharing while validating your experiences, creating a compassionate and safe space which allows you to effect change and move past pain, loss, trauma and regret. I aim to teach you that the present moment is truly the gift we have, even if it doesn't always feel that way. Our past is behind us, it can neither hurt us any longer nor be changed. We do not know the future, it is not yet visible. Attempting to prepare for what is to come or holding tight to what is no more, takes us away from the present, the moments we have right now, preventing us from embracing the life we dream of. Old messages, hurts and grief often keep us stuck, holding onto a past that will always be a part of who we are, but in no way defines us. We are not "what" we have endured, rather it is the "what" which forged our strengths, awareness and resilience. The story we create is not written by anyone other than ourselves. The truth in life is that we are all good as we are, right now, in this moment. And the beauty in life is that we can grow to be better, no matter what we may have been told, witnessed or lived. You matter, your journey matters, your recovery is what you decide, what you want and I am proud to be a partner to you in this. Even if you select another therapist, remember you are worth it, always.
I specialize in working with women and LGBTQ+ adults who are ready to stop repeating the same relationship patterns and start building a healthier relationship with themselves.
You may find yourself questioning your worth, losing yourself in relationships or friendships, struggling to trust your own decisions, or feeling stuck in patterns you know no longer serve you. Together, we'll explore where those patterns began, strengthen your self-trust, and create lasting change rooted in emotional safety and self-respect.
My approach integrates attachment-informed, trauma-focused, and evidence-based therapy with practical tools that support meaningful change beyond our sessions. I believe healing involves the whole person, recognizing the impact of relationships, trauma, nervous system regulation, physical health, and life transitions on emotional wellbeing.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Sex Therapist, I also support clients navigating intimacy, sexuality, sexual trauma, religious shame, relationship transitions, and recovery from intimate partner violence.
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience. I graduated from Boston College with my master's in social work. I have a lot of experience treating both children and adults. I specifically love helping anyone who has been struggling with anxiety, OCD, depression or other mood disorder. I also enjoying helping those struggling with life transitions. I also have a lot of experience working with children as I have been a school counselor as well as a teacher. I have helped many children who have had struggles in school as well as helped parents with parenting (children do not come with the much-needed instruction manual, so let's figure it out together). Whatever the issue may be, let's tackle it together. No one should have to do it alone. We all need someone to talk to at times.

He tailors treatment to each client and blends evidence-based methods, including EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), to help the brain reprocess painful experiences and reduce symptoms. He also draws from IFS-informed, narrative, ACT, and somatic strategies as needed so clients gain tools that fit their lives.

I utilize a mixed approach focusing on CBT, Solution Focus, and Person Centered. I also firmly believe the family system and how we were brought up has a lot to do with who we are today.
Deeply passionate about social justice and facilitating and guiding positive change and development in the lives of others, I am thrilled to connect with you as you begin your journey inward. Healing is truly the risk of showing up for yourself and your resistance to the temptation to go back to unsilenced needs, numbing out, disconnection, and erasure. As a Black, queer, non-binary, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Board Certified Diplomate (BCD) in Clinical Social Work, and Certified Sexuality Educator (CSE) with over 15 years of wide-ranging interdisciplinary experience in healing-centered and trauma-informed clinical practice, research, education, and servant leadership, I look forward to tailoring my approach to meet your needs and help you reach your goals.
My name is Ryan, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I graduated with my MS in Clinical Mental Health Care at Bay Path University in 2018. I have worked in an outpatient setting, as a therapist, since the fall of 2018. Prior to completing my program, I gained valuable experience through Crisis services as a clinician and support counselor. I have worked with people of all ages and from a variety of backgrounds.
My therapeutic approach is eclectic with attention to client centered, a more holistic approach which encompasses the entire body as we tend to suffer as a whole being. I want to work with those to reintegrate those parts. People often do not realize the power of our thoughts and how it can negatively impact our overall wellbeing. I often tell people that our brain is a powerful tool. We are built to survive rather than thrive- this is a primordial skill that has not left us, but we have more effective tools.
It is important to me to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and comfortable space to talk about uncomfortable life situations. I do well within the neurodivergent community, and have aided in navigating difficult milestones in their lives.
Hi! I am a therapist with 29 years of experience and love working with people to help become the best version of themselves. I form strong therapeutic alliances with the people I work with and help them find the path to feeling better about themselves and their lives. I am positive and supportive and work with people to be solution focused and to quickly learn to be more independent and to trust in themselves and the decisions they make. They will see me as their greatest cheerleader and advocate who is able to help them ask themselves the right questions to be able to make confident decisions on his/her or their own. I am also a CCTP (Certified Clinical Trauma Professional).
I'll help you process, organize, and clarify your own set of values and priorities to make choices and decisions that will help you accomplish your major life goals. We can look at the experiences in your life that are causing you to feel indecisive and stuck. And together, we will create a realistic plan of action that feels right for you.

Hello, my name is Bernard Scott, and I live in Boston Massachusetts. I attended Boston Public Schools, attended Boston University for my bachelor's degree, Simmons University for my master's degree, and Southern California School of Professional Studies where I received my Doctorate (PsyD) in Counseling Psychology. I became licensed in (psychiatric) Clinical Social Work and received my LICSW License in 1996. I have been in this field for over 35 years and worked in a number of clinics, hospitals in Boston and Brockton. I enjoy helping people find their inner strength and work through those subconscious unresolved issues from the past so that the individual can finally be free from childhood traumas, past relationship issues ect. I strongly believe that between the developmental ages of 1 through 18 can and does affect who you are today and what ever happened to you between that time still has a hold on you today at the ages of 20, 30 50, etc. Getting rid of all that hurt, anger, trauma, etc. so that you can address it, work through it, come to terms with it and ultimately leave it all behind, and unload it.
I grew up in China and have traveled across Europe and the U.S.! I hold a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis and a master's degree in Social Science from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Art Therapy is to heal with art. A picture is worth a thousand words. In my 30 years experience as an Art Therapist iI have witnessed people heal with their art expressions. Art has a way of getting to the heart of the matter very quickly to foster self discovery, growth and healing. You do not need to be an artist to do art therapy. It's about the process not the product. It is creative and fun.
