I attended Nova Southeastern University and have been practicing psychotherapy for 20 years. I have experience practicing in Psychiatric Hospitals and outpatient settings. I empower clients to overcome trauma, depression, anxiety and grief. I offer a therapeutic approach that combines evidenced-based protocols with advanced and effective holistic healing practices. Mind, body and spirit have a healing approach. I have found that, when combined, these two approaches strengthen and deepen the healing process, allowing for a more full and transformational experience. My specialties include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
