I specialize in evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for anxiety, and depression, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD/ trauma, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), which is a specialized form of therapy for phobias, panic disorder, and OCD!
Unlike some providers, I can assure you we will actually do exposures in session. Typically the first intro sessions are assessment and education, but we quickly move into creating your fears hierarchy and facing your fears using achievable steps. My goal is to help you overcome challenges, change behaviors, and help you live your best life.
I received my Bachelor's in Psychology from New College of Florida and continued on to receive my master's in Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapy from UCF in Florida.
