Do you feel lost? Confused about who you are? Hopeless? Feel like you're on a treadmill that never stops. Society tells us who we should be. But real joy and contentment comes from being who we really are, our most authentic selves. Real contentment also comes from purpose, hard work, and deep relationships. My life's work is to guide and support women on a transformative journey to living your best life.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I want you to leave our first session feeling inspired, energized and excited about your life. We will briefly get to know one another, then immediately begin learning foundational ACT skills.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I believe the world is a beautiful place, filled with joy, sorrow, and a never-ending supply of love and hope. I am very action-oriented and want you to understand how precious your time is on our beautiful earth. I promise I will put forth all of my skills and effort to help you be your most authentic self and live your best life.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Struggling with loss, big life transitions, a messy divorce, dating, body image problems, aging, work-life balance, etc. Like you, I've struggled with many life challenges. ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy) changed my life and I want to help you use it to change yours. ACT teaches you skills to think and understand the world differently, with the ultimate goal of living a rich, authentic and meaningful life.

My treatment methods

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I offer a transformative approach: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This life-changing therapy teaches you to see life in a different, more flexible way. Instead of battling your thoughts and emotions, you will learn skills including perspective-taking, acceptance, and committed action that helps you to be in alignment with who you truly want to be. My focus is on empowering women to face their inner struggles, embrace their demons, and live authentic, fuller, and more meaningful lives.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT techniques are integrated with ACT processes. Treatment is individualized as appropriate.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

DBT techniques are integrated within the ACT processes. Treatment is individualized as appropriate.
